I agree that it's best in the language your lover understands, but still i like the fact that in greek there are two words for love. Love for everyone, your family, your neighbour and your lover ofcourse but there is also another word, EROS, wich means the love between two poles, a man and a woman usually (don't want to be unfair to our gay friends), meaning the love that includes passion and the desire for union of the two poles. I think its unique. In greek, eros or erotas doesnt mean sex or sexual love, it means romantic and mystic love.

I think in spanish and italian (amore). And in russian "lubov" (любовь), but "u" is pronounced just as the letter (not as "oo") and at the end of "v" there is a very soft sound like "vf"(ь). U gotta hear it someday!
