Spanish words? Buen consejo

buen consejo (if it's only one piece of advice)
buenos consejos (if it's more than piece of advice)

In English the word "advice" is always singular (for example, we never say "advices"). In Spanish, however, what we call "advice" can be either singular or plural depending on how many pieces of advice are being given.

For example, if your friend tells you "You should stop smoking", that's "un buen consejo" because it's only one piece of advice. However, if your friend tells you "You should quit smoking and drink only in moderation", that would be "unos buenos consejos" because your friend has actually given you two pieces of advice.
