I'm doing a spanish project and I'm not sure what form of "the" to use since the Nicaraguan flag doesn't really have a gender..
So how do you say it?

german essay for school. had to do a description of my room..i'm not to good with all the nominative, dative etc. can someone who is good at german tell me the mistakes? thanks!
Meinem Zimmer ist ziemlich klein, zwei wände sind weiß und zwei wände sind rot. Die Gardinen sind weiß mit roten, dunkel blauen, hell blauen und schwartzen Punkten! Ich habe keine Teppich in meinem zimmer aber ich habe Linoleum. Auf der Kommode es gibt ein klein Aquarium mit zwei Goldfische. Ich liebe meine Goldfische! Neben der kommode ist der Fernseher und mein playstation. Gegenüber der Fernseher ist dem Kleiderschrank. In der Kleiderschrank ich behalte meine Kleider und meine Schuhe. Neben der Kleiderschrank ist dem Bett. Das Deckbett is weiß und rot. An die Wand neben das Bett, Ich habe viele Fußball und Musick posters. Auch ich habe einen Weldkarte. Neben das Bett ist dem tisch. Über der Tisch es gibt Fotos von meine Freund und meine Familie. Ich habe viele CDs in meinem Zimmer weil ich höre viel Musik!

- I am 15 years old, in secondary school
- I am quite fluent in German (3 years), good at Spanish (1 year), and Japanese (home-study off and on).

- There are more Portuguese speakers than French, but French is wider spoken.

- Would knowing Spanish make French easier, and the same for Portuguese, or would it cause confusion...

LOL! I'm writing a thank you letter for my family who helped us move and would like that word in different languages as a background in the letter. Please format your answer like so:

familia - Spanish

That way I know which language it is - also if you see someone playing tricks on me, please let me know! We all know how some people think it's funny!

I am thinking about my husband right now...he speaks Spanish, but is trying REALLY hard to master English. He loves to talk, and sometimes he says things that make me laugh my guts out.

Instead of saying: "He takes medicine", he says: "He drink pills"...
Instead of saying: "Sorry, sir, but you are mistaken" he says: "Sorry, guy, but you are confusion"
Instead of saying: "I, too, am incorrect", he says: "I not right, too"
Instead of saying "I want to commit suicide", he says: "I want kill me by myself"
Instead of saying "She loved me", he says: "She was love me".
Instead of saying "I'm not hungry", he says: "I not have hungry"
Instead of saying "I won't pay anything", he says: "I not will pay nothing"
I don't know..this just makes me laugh until I cry.

At the bottom of the page there is no site for Puerto Rico or any other carbbean Island , so where do we post the questions? Also the main language of Puerto Rico is Spanish , so where is the site for posting the Spanish questions that refer to Puerto Rico, or Cuba ,or Santo Domingo?

I speak english horribly!
It is like I'm masacrating the language.
I can't pronounce the letter 'r' softly like the english people do and
I hate it!What should I do?
I have this russian accent but I really want to speak the way english people speak,so nice and with a beautiful accent.
