Countries that speak French as a main language would be France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Algeria. Probably other former French colonies as well. The French population in Switzerland, although it is an official language, isn't a majority. Same for Canada: French is spoken in Quebec, and is an official language, but except in Quebec, it is not a majority.
By the way: in response to the person who said people in Quebec don't speak French: we do. Saying we don't would be like saying Australians don't speak English. Yes our accent is different from the one in France, but that's true of all languages. Texans don't speak the same English Londoners speak, but it's still English. As for different dialects in different regions, people from Marseilles in France do not speak the same as people from Paris. Quebecers still speak French, regardless of the accent.

There are numerous territories that are part of France. They're referred to as DOM (domaine outre mer) and Tom (Territoire outre mer). They have french as their main languages. These include new Caledonia, Guyana, la Martinique, la reunion. And then of course you have Belgium, Luxembourg, Canada and Switzerland. May be worth looking into some African countries too cause France has a long colonial past in that part of the world (Senegal, Congo which was colonised by the Belgians, North Africa including Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco)
