Seo yeon is the first name? if so, the name mean is lucky and beauty. It is pretty common name in korea for girls.
because it sound and mean are very good.

we have scholar for making name in korea. It says the name can influence for our life.
for ex, the fabric can be a towel or mop to depend what you name it.

harashyo means okay, like: "will you clean the dishes? OKAY." or good, like: "How are you doing? GOOD". Apart from that I don't know any Korean. The only reason I know that is because in Russian its the same.

I am a korean and alot a girls have that name, because it means evrything like sporty,smart,bueatiful,and etc.
