This persian chic at the gym who i had problems with and vice versa will look at me when i'm not looking, try to get my attention, get mad when i don't pay attention and is trying to get on my good side.We were abrasive with each other in the past,so i don't know what to make of all of this.(i'm asian-american so it's probably a cultural difference?)

When you go to a club with friends, how do you pay for their drinks? Who do you talk to if u wanna pay for everyone? Do you pay afterwards or before? How much would it cost if it's like 5 people drinking?

Well, this classmate always gets on my nerves, as I said. He kicks my backpack, calls me names, etc. This classmate does this everyday. He has the support of friends, I don't. I know he's coming back to my school next year. Even though I tell my teacher about the many times he's abused my property or hurt me, he always continues! He threatens me everytime I get hurt because he doesn't really want to get in trouble, even if he already is. One of his threats is: "If you don't want to get hurt or get your faced caved in, then don't tell on me and I won't hurt you anymore". Anyways he still hurts me anyways because he always forgets his threats and this cycle keeps continuing. I only have a few friends, but whenver I get hurt, my friends either don't care or aren't there. He also has friends who help him destroy my property and hurt my feelings. I know it's almost the end of school, but the less time he has, he'll increase the damage and pain he does to me. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I'm not talking about a child or a young person, I'm talking about a 70 year old woman that when she's in the same room working with you is pounding on the computer, laughing to herself, asking a lot of questions and just being a nuisance.

haven't you heard of giving? If you don't like the food it's not the waiters/waitress fault. If the wait is too long it's not their fault either.

I do not work as a waiter/waitress but, I tip the heck out of them!!

had a crush on a guy that worked at a club I frequent, and we never really hung out, but I never really knew if I truly liked him more than a friend anyways, because it waould say weird stuff to me like one time we were talking and I sort of ended the conversation and told him I had to get going, and he asked me "How come everytime I come talk to you you're tlaking about leaving" then there was another time when I was wearing my college sweathsirt, and he's like "Oh you just want to let everyone you know you go to USC..You just flossing" then there was another time where he pikced up cell phone when it rang, and actually looked to see who was calling.. and he's been told me that I would look "good" if i cut my hair off short, because I have the right face" and then there was another time, when he came up too me and said you don't have to be here if you don't want to"! and I'm thinking why would he think that? So my question is are these bad signs of insecurity, or something else

More for men I suppose, does anyone think it's acceptable or there's nothing even "unsanitary" with talking on the phone while urinating in a public restroom? Not to mention you look like an idiot talking to your privates, these guys are about 2 inches from your shoulder and never wash their hands.

I am friends with this girl in college and she wears short blouses that show her stomach and her belly button when it's warm outside. Would it be OK if I say to her as a complement that her belly button looks cute? What about saying it even a girl I don't know?
I didn't make any complements but I just want to know what the females think about this before I say it.
I don't look weird or anything like that, so there's no reason to to think that I have problems

taking care of "business", do you hurry up so they can have privacy?

I do it all the time, but last time they got mad at me and told me to get lost. This made me feel really bad, so I'm just wondering whether it was rude of me to point at them and laugh, like, "Why the crap do you have EYES? Your not even freaking ALIVE! Your just ROCKS!" What do you think?

So 2 questions here. I have suffered with a slight stammer all my life, but cope by thinking carefully before I speak, and rehearsing. Sometimes though in my rush to get the sentence out before I 'hang' either the wrong word pops up, or a word gets mangled.

It happened the other day when I was a group of people, some who I know, and some strangers, we were talking about films, and I was horrified to hear myself talking about that well known film "Pulp Fuction"

Question one, should you apologise, explain or ignore it and carry on, especially with strangers?
Question 2 anyone got any tips as to how to get over this?

Were all only 15 and its quite a large amount of money. he wants to buy an iphone, and they are all planning to contribute more money than i would give for a birthday. do you think this idea of just giving a large amount of money as a single present from a group of people. do you think this idea isnt really the spirit of giving, and poor etiquette. i plan to give him some money and a small present separately.

Would you be okay if the salesman just acknowledged your presence and said, "I'll let you browse around, if you have any questions, you're more than welcome to ask. I'll be inside. Thank you."

Maybe it's just me but when it comes to partying, I would much rather attend parties with those I am closest too. Wouldn't that be the best way to enjoy yourself instead of feeling obligated to go when you know your not that close to that person?

I have heard it is anatomically impossible (unless you are double jointed or willing to dislocate your shoulder to prove me wrong). I am just wondering if it is truly impossible.

so one of my friends from the floor i live on was in my room with my roomate this morning. the lights were off and i was laying in bed taking a break from a paper. they both came in here, assumed i was sleeping, started whispering and saying all sorts of really mean stuff about me. making fun of me for studying, for turning the lights off when i leave, the way i arranged my half the room, for stuff i had shared about myself and what was going on in my life, just any stupid little thing. they have no idea i heard everything they said and later on when they saw me again it was the same fake niceness as always. im not really sure how to act with them now know that i know someone i trusted and thought was a good friend of mine just laughs at me behind my back. in my own room too when im there!! whats the best approach to act towards them for the last few weeks of the semester. they are both dropping out of this university as a result of poor grades so i wont be seeing them again ever

Seriously, you know THOSE people, those people who get really, really mad and start being super rude to others.

I was at the post office one day and there was a long line, right when I walked in two of the ladies working the counter, said they were leaving for lunch and just left one lady up there to help all of us. Poor lady. So these "customers" start making rude comments, sighing really loud, banging on the door trying to get the manager and to top it off, going up to the lady working and bothering her, when if they left her alone she might be ablt ot move the line a little quicker.

So those people, the really rude ones, do you ever really laugh out loud at them......I do, they are just making themselves look like jerks!
