I have heard it is anatomically impossible (unless you are double jointed or willing to dislocate your shoulder to prove me wrong). I am just wondering if it is truly impossible.

Emm.. never had an urge to do it...And I just tried to and I can't.....so maybe it is impossible if you aren't double jointed!!! My elbow stays rather ashy so I wouldn't want to lick it!!!
