I've never heard of Compton, where is it & is is that a highly populated black area where justice would also be served?

I am a caucasion teacher who works in a middle school with black and hispanic students. I find it interesting that I, as a caucasion guy, often find myself reprimanding my black students for using the N-word. I have also had several incidences of my students stating that it's okay for a black person to say and not for a white person to say to which I firmly respond, "No, it is absolutely unacceptable for anyone to use that word regardless of color or ethnicity!" This is often met with a look of a little shock and confusion from the students. It seems like from their point of view that as long as you're black and drop the "r" at the end of the word, then that changes the meaning of the word and is okay to use. But if you're white and pronounce the full word without dropping the "r" at the end, then that's the most disgustingly racist thing ever!

this question is not to offend women but why is it that some women are not natural.
whether it be that they don't grow their hair naturally, they change their hair color or even having make up, they aren't as natural as they use to be.

Could it be the male gender's fault for imposing on these qualities?

I am African American myself. But I feel ashamed to see members of my race act rude, get loud and act obnoxiously, which is mostly common with girls who go to high school and some big for nothing girls who should know better. I see some boys and girls make fun of people at the metro station , act rude and talk loud on buses like they are the only ones on the bus.

I just think it creates a stereotype about blacks that we are rude, loud and arrogant, disrespectful which is not true of all blacks.

I have never seen a single white person do something like that.

The other day I was on the bus and a black guy, who was probably high on drugs yelled and assaulted this man who could father him.

"From the greatest country in the world," replied the American.

"Funny," said the Scotsman, "you've got the strangest Scottish accent I've ever heard."

Of course, I believe there are people who don't like social events, crowds, etc... (I am one of them)... but I wonder if there are really people who don't have ANY friends, not even one, and live as hermits, not connecting with society at all.

Most people are reluctant to consider themselves as being racist- for example, if a person only dates men/women who have a certain skin color, that person will most likely state that he/she is not racist, and that it is simply a matter of personal taste; Now picture this same person in an important position somewhere in a human resources department, with lots of responsibilities, the most important of which is to make hiring/firing decisions. What keeps this person's " personal preferences" for this or that skin color from influencing his/her decisions to hire and/or fire employees who do not have the skin color of preference? Would "personal preference" not be analogous to racism in this case? Where and how does one draw the line?
