When someone asks or says a stupid idiotic Q about black people I always tell tell them to go to Harlem NY & ask where justice will be served but someone else said go to Compton & ask. I've never heard of Compton, where is it & is is that a highly populated black area where justice would also be served?

Compton is a part of Los Angelas county. Unfortunately due to poverty and the elevated crime area, it's not considered to be a very good part of LA.

I dont know what you mean by served. But compton is in C.A los angeles. And yes there are alot of african americans there.

It a subburb of Los Angeles, it has a high popualtion of blacks. The crime, gang, and unemployment rates are very high.
