No, it has nothing to do with sex. These are two rival gangs in the southern California area that terrorize each other for the sake of claiming territory. They are notorious for vicious initiations of members that get started very young and are not allowed to leave the gang. Those who have, have often met with the penalty of death. These gangs are also involved in many other illegal activities including drugs, etc.

These are names of rival gangs in L.A. Bloods are "Eastside" Crips are "Westside".
It's all a bunch of crap that means you can belong to something and have a brotherhood with people because of some arbitrary skin color. You basically have blacks and hispanics fighting over property, neighborhoods and blocks owned by Jewish people. It's kind of ironic if you think about it that way.

They are idiot gang members. They are rival gangs, but all of them are just messed up kids who didn't have the best family life so they have a chip on their shoulder and measure their self worth by how many drugs they can sell or people they can kill. Most of them don't have the courage to get out of the gang even if they wanted to.
