We don't hate Arabs and Muslims, but what happened on 9/11 to 3,000 innocent people in America? We put up with them bombing and killing us for years. The 9/11 Twin Towers incident was the 2nd attempt on the towers. They bombed our ship and our embassies. How much more do you think America should have taken before getting fed up with Arabs and Muslims and Islam? Arabs and Muslims don't defend us, they defend Islam.
The culture and the religion are the same. Arabs and Muslims live in the 7th century. Only the takers of Arabs and Muslims try to live in the 21st century. Saddam lived like a King and his people lived without many necessities. The Taliban lived rich, but the people horribly mistreated. Saudi Arabia is probably the same. Iran probably the same. Syria probably the same. I guess Muhammad taught the greedy to live rich and abuse the poor, but Jesus didn't teach that.

Because they are afraid and don't know any other way to categorize. They want to group all 'bad guys' into one easy label...so instead of being angry at a few people who have performed terrorist acts they use the word Muslim.
Most Americans who 'hate' muslims have very little contact with real people who are muslim, and instead have fed their knowledge from a mass media created to incite anger and belief in the federal government.
I have many muslim friends, both IRL and online. If people would read about what happens in other countries, they wouldn't be so quick to judge. It's a radical group of so-called muslims, who choose to misinterpret the koran against the rest of the world, including other arabs and muslims. Kind of like Saddam...he spent his whole military career mostly focused on destroying moderate muslims who opposed his beliefs. However, Americans just focus on themselves and the one or two incidents where he threatened our oil supply.

the question could easily be reversed it has two sides of equally devastating consequences but First let me say i think that is a large generalisation we are using here but for the sake of argument i shall give my opinion.
"US" (PEOPLE) by nature are afraid of anything that is different from OURselves (fear of the unkown) "WE" are not sure what to expect, "WE" only trust what "OUR" eyes tell us and this worries US its human nature.. but this behaviour in my opinion is "ignorance" at its greatest, for by doing so WE choose to isolate OURselves, limit OUR preceptions as a kind of protection; WE close the doors of understanding and destroy the bridges that connect "US" and maintain the very essence of life (communication).
and why are these brdiges destoryed? out of fear.... Media have a great input in many minds -thankfully mine not included- but i think the main reason is the actions of minorities that claim to be part of some sect or religion and believe they are emancipating their brothers and protecting their nations.... if i were to go into why they are doing so, some readers may assume i am supportig their cause so i wont sidetrack but i'm sure the discerened of you already know the answers and the roots of the problems..(besides the point)..
i am a muslim my name is mostafa yet i have only ever seen hatred from an English or any other person in 2 scenarios -once again- 1-"ignorance" (people who dont know the difference between Jihad and Hijab) for example, to whom i pity their narrow horizons, or 2-"racism" for whom i pity their illness.
i believe in "INDIVIDUALISM" meaning if "WE" are ever to judge a person it should be on the basis of how "We" perform and function as human beings; how much LOVE "WE" have to offer oneanother and how much patience "WE" show to those who hurt "US", persecute "US" or treat "US" with injustice, praying that one day "WE" shall all raise the blinds and see the truth that has been consealed for too long the truth that "WE" are all ONE..
if ony "WE" could understand that "WE" are all the same however different "WE" may seem or whichever beliefs "WE" choose to follow.. for example; i may not be the most religiuos of people but i do know one thing for a fact: Islam, christianity, Judaism or any other religion i know of doesnt teach hatred nor predudice it would be absurd!!
its people by nature that are prone to emotional and social frustrations that lead to disturbances and mispractice therfore ending in irrational actions, but how can "WE" can blame a whole Religion!.. my main point is "WE" can not associate (the behaviours of simple minded people who's frustration has manifested to anger, anger to Hate and hate unfortunaltly to bloodshed), to the teaching and the word of god or any belief.
mispractice is chosen by people not taught by god.
To conclude i think "WE" all share the soul of the universe and i wish "WE" could just get over ourselves and learn to share "OUR" love and show it regardless of race or colour of face.
The twin towers brought misery and preduice upon many people Middle easterns and muslims included, for if You were not touched by the ended lives and the irreplacble loss no matter which belief you follow then you have lost touch with life itself.. all i can say is ((an Aunt died, a Neice died, a grandfather was lost, a husband was missed, a wife was not yet kissed, children paying the price in the midst and all these are MY aunts MY nieces and nephews,MY grandparents and MY loved ones regardless of their names, head-wear, dresses or anything other than the fact that "THEY" mean the same to "US" all and all life should be valued equally. because "WE" all share in the the soul of the universe. "WE" should start focusing more on what "WE" all have in common rather than on "OUR" differences because at the end they are all just fragile, superficial shells that tear us apart and bring down our bridges.
Lets see "OURSELVES" in others and maybe then hate will be replaced with understanding and love..
"WE" should learn to see with "OUR" understanding and forget the limitations that "WE" have been subconsiously raped with.. if only the bridges could be rebuilt all the blood unspilt, "WE" woud see that the pain is shared amoung us and that we are all ONE.
"hope i didnt bore u all there.. i just couldnt stop typing :)"

I think you have it backwards. The English people do not hate Arabs and Muslims. However, Muslims hate ALL infidels and
think they have the blessing of Allah if they destoy us.

Your wrong!!!!
Islamic radical fundamentalist murdering insane zealots. Shame on Islam.
But most muslims are afraid of being murdered by them also and do nothing.
Another poor question 'English" .?
Do you mean Brits exclusively or English speaking to include Americans.

It comes from a lack of understanding, and hopedly this is changing.
(By the way, could you maybe tone down the wild and crazy rhetoric in your scriptures and literature, and elementary schools?)
