Hello everyone. I am a 21 year old male who has wrestled with the idea of coming out for some time now to my friends and family. The problem is that these people are constantly putting down homosexuals, calling them "immoral" and "disgusting" yet will turn around the next moment and say that they like the person, yet do not "approve" of their "behavior" which seems rather hypocritical to me. The remarks they make hurt me inside every time I hear them because these are the people who are supposed to love me unconditionally. I have felt like I had to "play straight" for the past 4 years out of fear they would ostracize me were they to find out I'm gay. I myself have only accepted this part of myself rather recently (when I was 16) and I'm scared out of my mind. I haven't been able to carry out a normal dating life because my fear of being "found out" is consuming me. Anyone else experianced something similar and could they give me some advice on how to overcome this? Thank you all.

Ok 2 questions
1. A lot of guys think it is okay to have girl on girl action- even when their in a relationship with a man.. and its still not cheating. If you were to kiss another guy though- you cheated!?!?! Why is that?
I as a straight female think that kissing anyone same sex or not is cheating!

2. Why do a lot of guys think lesbians or bisexual females are cool, but guy on guy isn't?
I mean I'm not into that kind of thing, but it seems kind of wrong to be like its okay for girls to do it but not guys?

My boyfriend's mom is gay it took him 9 mos to tell me even though i knew from day one. i laughed when he told me i cant believe he thought i didnt know.
she thinks i am uncomfortable with her sexuality because i dont confide in her, i dont confide in anyone, i am pretty shy especially when it comes to ppls parents.
we have been together over a year now and i am pregnant now she thinks i wont feel comfortable letting the baby stay with her and her girlfriend because i am a christian i guess...

yeah its against my religion but my religion also says tolerate and love everybody im not going to keep my child from her grandmother(s). i could care less who sleeps with whom in the world there are bigger issues.

i feel uncomfortable just going up to them saying "i just want u to know i'm ok with u being gay" especially since they never address it with me directly they always go thru my fiance.

ok there goes, he is gay, and has a boyfriend, and a million sex buddies. We ahve been exchanging emails for months and where he kept sending mi\xed signs of affection. the result is that I grew emotionally attached to him. Then he left to take care of some work outside the country, and whenever I sent him an email he would answer with one sentence, like sorry I am too busy.

Was it a mistake that I told him i love him? Was he baiting me to fall in love with him and maybe have sex with him only to leave me behind?

Should the word gay be stricken from our vocabulary when referring to homosexuals.
Lesbians accept their descriptive word. Why not Homosexuals.
Let us always refer to them as Lesbians and Homosexuals.

I'm a Chinese lesbian, 22years old. It's so hard for me to sustain my life in China. All of my mums friends are trying to introduce me to men. I'm so frustrated by them, and couldn't bear it any more. But what can I do?

I worked in the prison system for a long time and there is nothing normal about it. The homosexuals brutalize and brainwash individuals just like a child molester into believeing that this is something that they want to happen. Values: the ideals, customs, institutions, etc., of a society toward which the people of the group have an affective regard. These values may be positive, as cleanliness, freedom, or education, or negative, as cruelty, crime, or blasphemy.

My girlfriend's brother is gay, and he's out to his classmates, co-workers, friends, his sister, me, my family and basically everyone else in the wide world. To his parents, some distant relatives, and the family church, he's still in the closet. He's told me that he's waiting until he can afford to move out of his parents house before even thinking about telling them, although I suspect he'll have a hard time even then. The parents are conservative Christians.

Is this ordinary? Did you or someone you know come out to parents dead last?
