I would. It's such a short, boring story anyway. Rivals only those by Anton Chekhov.

Depends on the depth of the relationship and where you want and expect it to go. My partner knows everything and I know all about her, but we planned to be together forever. If I was just casually dating her, or was in the beginning stages of the relationship, I select what I tell, in doses kind of.

YES! Lay all your cards out on the table--honesty is the best policy.....you really don't want any skeletons coming out in the middle of your relationship--that can cause you grief, heartache, pain, and disillusionment. Set yourself up right in the beginning of your relationship with your prospective lover so that you will have a semblance of self-protection if anything ever happens to threaten your relationship.

Not if you don't want to. It's your choice. Whatever you've done in the past they still love you now. And whatevers been done in the past is gone (It's the past and sometimes should stay in the past) and by then we've probably changed.

I suppose it depends on what you mean by your “past”. If you were a serial killer, had a sex change or have 5 kids then yes he has the right to know. Your past is a private thing and he only has the right to know stuff if it affects him directly (like sexual health). We all have our little secrets, but if you love each other there shouldn’t be anything you can’t talk about.

That depends on your past.
I think if there is someting he should know for his own safety yes. If there is something that you prefer not talking about and it is no longer a part of your life you have to think about the reason you feel the need to tell him.
Some things are better left unsaid.

The truth always comes out. Why not be the one to tell it? What you did in your past really shouldn't matter now

Only if you want to replay every moment, explain every action and fight endlessly about things that have nothing to do with you and your current partner.
