U don't need a sex change ! U could use a strap-on like my girlfriend does on me. She likes to do me with it. She got one that even ejaculates a white creamy artifical flavoured liquid by strocking the strapon(they produce this kind now). After she does me in my rear..she makes me swallow..haha.

The only reason to get a sex change is if the alternative is suicide. Since this is obviously a joke question my answer is no, it would ruin your life and make you miserable, depressed, and probably suicidal. Looking good as one gender usually means you will look bad as the other.

no, i dun think u should consider sex change. it's kind of safe, i know, but it takes a lot of courage n determination. it's not only before e operation, it's also e after-operation. it's not a "be a male today, change back to female tomorrow" thing. pple who went for such operations have considered really hard, went through counselling, n a lot of things. i dunno if u r hot or not, but i think, y do u want to b a hot male?

do not go from women to man. that just wouldn't seem right. you can use a strap on if someone wants you too. if you're hot now then keep it the way it is. however that is.
