In my experience, it's not so fruitful to play "columbo" searching behind every rock for this magic person who will complete you. It works better to complete yourself, and then the right people just come to you.

by keep making friends untill u felt in your u have found the right one. and that person doesnt have to be PERFECT!

eh no. it's all about juz knowing more frens, and then finally there'll b one person tat will appear to u that u r e one for him/her, vice versa. trust me man. it's like fishing, how can u pin-point wat fish u want to b on ur hook? so, just a fishing net.
