preferably on the coast/a state that isnt landlocked with good job options and welcoming people, who would be ok with 2 woman parents in partnership with kids

A good friend of mine and her lover moved to Madison WI several years ago because it seems very progressive there....well they love it and my friend and her lover just had a baby and they are going to raise the child right there!!!!!!!! Job opportunities are excellent and I didn't realize that there are enclaves of gay communities all throughout the midwest with the exception of Chicago-- (WOW)!

If you can afford it, the San Francisco Bay area or parts of Los Angeles (like West Hollywood).
