Some nutjob wrote this in response to a question regarding homosexuality:

"I am a parent and I don't want my children to be gay or lesbian I don't even allow them to be in the presence of gays if I am not around to monitor their behavior. I think that it is unnatural and a form of perverted sex just the same as a child molester, a sexual dysfunction that people are now trying to act like it is normal behavior and it is not. Homosexuals are sexual deviants. There is nothing nornmal about if it was than your sphincter muscle would not be detroyed in the sex act. I worked in the prison system for a long time and there is nothing normal about it. The homosexuals brutalize and brainwash individuals just like a child molester into believeing that this is something that they want to happen. I had a gay neighbor who told me as he was dying of Aids that he wished that he had never chose that lifestyle but an older man had turned him around when he was a youngster."

"I don't want homosexuals in the teaching profession or working with children period. I don't want them in the corrections proffessions because they allow young men and women to be raped in prison and look the other way. However, when the young mans wife or girlfriend comes for a visit they are not allow to kiss or touch each if they do their visit is terminated and the individual is not allowed to visit anymore ain't that a *****. However the homosexual acts are allowed to happen all day everyday. Promoting homosexuality in th prisons and spreading Aids and then they come home and give it to their wives and girlfriends after they leave the prisons. I think it is immoral. There are negatives aspect to every lifestyle homo or hetro sexual. I am still angry at the homosexual crossdresser who stuck his hand up my dress at a bus stop over 20 years ago however he allegedly liked men so why did he stick his hand up my dress? You people are sick minded."

That is all I can say you need to seek professional help. Sex has blown your mind somehow and you don't know which way is up."

This woman is dangerous. I vote we institutionalize her. I'm up for other methods although I think she'll remain stuck in her own stupidity. Any suggestions?

Mudsplitter, please reread the question. I am certainly not the author of this despicable rant.

Again, TIGERROSE, I am NOT the author of the phrase above!

I would NEVER say such things - I was asking what kind of sick, demented mind would think up such terrible things to say. My beautiful mate is a woman too, like myself. I was posting the question because showing others the mindset of homophobic crazies like the woman who actually authored it is important to our society. Everyone should see how demented they are.

Mulato - Where exactly in this question did I try to "censor" her opinion? Actually, I am doing quite the opposite - giving her opinion the coverage that it deserves. You must tell me how your definition of 'censorship' involves quoting others, I'm fascinated.

Two of my best friends are happily married gays. They wanted to adopt a child. They both work with children and would, in my eyes make perfect parents.

After a year of adoption procedures, they were finally appointed a child.

After long doubt, they decided not to go through with the adoption, because they were scared what society would do to that kid later in life. The kid would be teased at school for having two dads, etc. So, they gave up their biggest wish in the interest of a child they had never seen. Pure love.

But, horrible that they made this decision. It's people like the person that gave the answer that you quoted here, that represent the awful part of our society. Such people create that my friends gave up on adoption. And such people can make a child in 3 seconds and become parents.

Life is unfair and horrible sometimes.

Not much of a question more of a statement I'd say.

I'd like you to think of people such as Ted Bundy as of right now. Ted Bundy was perfectly straight, yet he beat young women to death and raped them...

Point being it doesn't matter what your sexual preference is. Straight people perform horrendous acts against others all the time. While there are homosexuals that never hurt another soul.
I'm not a homosexual and even I struggle to see your side of the argument, everything your saying seems to be based in extreme bias and has very little basing in common sense.
You claim that "Homos do this and homos do that." yet you don't mention that Heterosexual people do the same thing. Also you talk about how horrible people in the prison system are... you realize that those people are generally there for a reason right?

I'm not saying homosexuality should be supported or glamorized, but if your going to bash it please at least have a decent argument.

And the whole thing about you being molested by a cross dresser. That is horrible, but once again you do realize that most rape cases (I think about 80%) are a man raping a woman, don't you?

Sorry for attacking the person asking the question. I did not read the details in enough detail to realize that this was someone elses response.

Egads, well she seems to have some serious issues, and at least some of these issues seem to come from an incident when she was violated by some whacko when she was young, according to the post. She seems to be lumping people that were "born" homosexual mixed up with people who wound up lost and confused because of abuse of some sort, and all this seems to have snowballed in to a really big issue for her. Unfortunately, I don't see what anyone could possibly do for her, if she's not ready to admit that she's in alot of pain, and in need of counseling. That the one who molested her has some significance there, I think, she was molested by a man pretending to be a woman, apparently, and it would seem that she is afraid it will turn her gay, or something. As disturbed as she is, I would be willing to bet that she was abused on other occasions as well. You could always recommend that maybe she needs therapy, but I doubt she would take you up on it, I doubt she even thinks she has a need of it, as this has become reality to her. Sometimes you have to know when to give it up to a higher power, and try to walk on without contamination from such a one.

Before I begin, let me say that you MUST read the entire thing and not take the first sentence out of context. I'm on your side:

Homosexuality is a fetish. I like skirts... it's a fetish. Everyone is entitled to their fetishes. If they weren't, it would be pointless to have intercourse. We'd be no different than dogs, having sex for the specific purpose of procreating, and nothing more. Being able to experience sex, compare this time to other times and, in turn, ENJOY the act, we MUST have fetishes.
Is it natural? Maybe not. Who can tell? But wearing clothign isn't natural. Drinking anything other than water isn't natural. Using a computer isn't all that natural. Governments, corporations, businesses, jobs, money, fast food, driving, having a perception of time. None of these things are natural. But we do them, because as human beings, we have acquired the ability to reason. Which gives us the ability to CONSCIOUSLY choose one thing over another, decide that we enjoy one thing, and not another. It's what separates us from animals. So being against homosexuality essentially goes against being HUMAN. Being against homosexuality goes against being more than an animal that acts solely on instinct.

I think you said it in your question. She's sick. She has poisoned herself with hate and like a bad apple is now spreading her mouldy sourness to everyone else.

To be honest, I think it's sad. But I also think that most people will see it for what it is, a bitter negative rant. What can we do about it? Pretty much nothing. If she was a neighbour, friend or relative we could persuade her to get help. But this is the internet and I doubt she's in the mood to listen to reason.

So I think the best plan is to ignore it. Just like any other hateful comments. Why feed the fire? And more importantly, why upset ourselves? Because if we allow this sort of thing to affect us, to poison our minds, who loses? Us.

So while I sympathise with your hurt over this I think the best thing is to let it go. Spend time with friends, either here or in the 'real' world. Because thankfully, we aren't all like that.

I wish you peace and an improving weekend. (((Me, Thrice-Baked)))

There is nothing normal for a person like you to post such things. The last thing I would want is a parent like you. Children need to be taught acceptance and tolerance. I'm a gay woman, and I don't consider myself unnatural, perverse, child molester or any other vile things you have mentioned. Please don't teach your children to be ignorant or a bigot. It's not fair to your child. I really wish that you will be happy in any and all endeavors your child will make in life. That's the most important thing you can teach a child. I hope one day that you will show some compassion to us. I have nothing against your posting, but I do hope you will find it in your heart, if you have one, to love all, regardless of sexual orientation.

Sounds like you are the one with the issues not us. Rome was ruled by two kings and all the orgies and open sex. What's that saying when in Rome? How dare you judge people you don't even know, no one forces homosexually on you and you would be surprised at how many of us are there well established and business owners and so now.AIDS don't just come from "the gays" what about all the professional athletes and drug users we got a grip on it. Do you?

well as noted in their reply they're still mad at the crossdresser who violated them. so looking at that situation one would assume thats where the hatred began and was never resolved. if one is not homosexual, one should not really care what homosexuals do in their spare time...or time at all for that matter. homosexuals and child molesters are not the same thing, that upsets me. a child molester is a pedophile, he may happen to be specifically attracted to male children. A homosexual is a homosexual this does not mean they like children. That is a pedophile. Homosexuals have morals their sexual orientation is just different than that of a heterosexual it has nothing to do with morals in general. What does it matter if u have sex with a man or woman your everyday values have nothing to do with it.
