You have been assigned to design Bill Gates bathroom. Naturally, cost is not a consideration. You may not speak to Bill. What kind of bathroom would you build him? (Ok so I'm bored and want to see some interesting answers!)

Don't get me wrong, i myself donate to 7 different charities a year. but every week i do my groceries i will guarentee there will be people blocking the entry / exit of my local supermarket looking for donations. I am getting a little fed up by it. Is only me or should they not be allowed to be there, making us feel guilty if that particular week we can't afford to give a donation to their cause.

I read an article in a magazine about these TayBears ( www.taybears.com ) After reading that article made me feel like I want to help out also. I am 14, and i go to a private school of about 200 kids. I would like to do somthing simple (and cheap) that i can sell for about $2.00. I would love to help out some place that can use donations. Please let me know if you have any ideas... Thanks!

there is alot more people he could help rather than reliving his short stay with the Village people. Rehab is about discovery/ not just about recovery. And when does he give back instead of polishing his already over inflated ego? I have a friend he really hurt. he turned his back on her and never gave her the credit for who she really was. he is an *** holr.

i am a multilink carer who looks after six children with special needs, only one at a time giving there parents a much needed break.I need a special adapted van or bus to be able to transport the children, on outings and trips. They are all in wheelchairs and are not able to be transported by car.I would be really greatfull if i could get someone to sponsor us as these vans or buses are too dear for us to buy but we are in urgent need of one.But do not have the funds needed to buy one.

Every six months we do something to thank our volunteers. We've put on a couple of ice cream socials. And we've also given away little trinkets (the last was an Angel Coin). Our budget only allows for about $250.00 - and there will be anywhere from 50 to 100 people attending - so it's hard. The ice cream socials have worked well - but we were hoping to do something new. The next event will be in August - and we can either do it in a park - or in space at the church. Any suggestions? If you have hosted this kind of thing - what have you done?

Just another note that our church puts on a very fancy dinner/dance event for anybody who tithes regularly. So we're not cheap when it comes to honoring folks. The volunteer recognition is new - and give aways have been more of a token of recognition.

I am looking for a place to donate my daughters old clothes. Most have only been worn once or twice. I wanted to donate to the House of Ruth but all they want is money. Strange to me that a mom who leaves her home with almost nothing wouldn't need these things but anyway...

I don't want to give to good will because in my experience the items are picked through and taken before they make it to the store. I saw it with my own eyes. I want these items to go to someone who is really in need.

Any ideas?

The donation requested is for help with campaign funds. There is an obscene amount of money already being spent on campaigns as it is. What do you think it could be better used for?

I started helping these people about a year ago, and I send help every month. Take a look online at CRAM. They are feeding hungry children in North Korea.

I have a good friend of mine who is in need of some charitable organizations or something. Her daughter was born prematurely and is in the N.I.C.U. department in Flagstaff, Arizona not close to her home at all. Her husband fought for our country over in Iraq and is now a disable vet so the money for hotels or anything for them and their 4 kids is nowhere to be found. Can somebody tell me where I can find someone or someplace that will give them help. Cause they already checked with ACHSSS and they won't help them. They have $130.00 to get through the month for them and their kids, no place to go cause of costs of traveling back and forth and motels their utilities have been shut off at their home which is some 200+ miles away from their child in the N.I.C.U. They already paid for acomidations for a month in another city but, then the doctors and hospital moved the child to another city and the hotel wouldn't give their money back said they'll mail it in 2 to 3 weeks. PLEASE HELP
