Any Hospice is seriously in need of donations for things like this. You probably have one near you somewhere. Many patients are in wheelchairs and cannot afford to build even a small ramp to help them get out to doctor's visits or whatever.
It's really nice of you to think about donating it. Look in your phone book or dexonline.com.

Call the veterans, VFW I'm sure many of them out there could benefit from the ramp, Or call a VFW Hospital , Maybe someone there could use it. You could also make a Index Card with the info on it, and post it in one of the Supermarkets Bulletin Boards.

Why not join your local Freecycle group, and offer it on there?. Just a thought.
