Eradicate welfare and let peoples survival instincts kick in. When they find that "The Man" won't take care of them, they'll either get a job or go to jail which will be adequately funded because we won't have welfare anymore.

Eradicating Poverty isn't simple. But would be if all the leaders of every country joined in the effort, stopped fighting, and focused on building shelters, and donating food and money to those in need. The solution, isn't simple. And most likely, poverty will never be eradicated. But understand that in many cases, the ones living in poverty got there by their own flaws. Maybe they didn't do the best in school, or didn't bother going to college or getting a job. Perhaps they're addicted to drugs and can't quit. Although, there are cases when immigrants migrate in an attempt to live a better life, but fail because they can't hold a steady job. So, my theory is Poverty will always be around. And with it the crime. Good question, and have a great life!

The only way to eradicate poverty would be to find a group of people that would really do what is best for the world, and give the supreme power over all things. Communism was a good idea, the problem was the leadership was corrupted and greedy. Now, if we could find a group of people that wasn't evil, put them in the Seat of Global Communism and keep them there, then we would have a chance.

this s not a simple thing to be done overnight.. it ll take years duration to eradicate poverty.. the following things should be done with full responsibility from the government

1) Communism can be adopted... gettin the money from the rich and givin it to the poor ans also to teach him to make jobs.
2) All the citizens should pay their tax regularly and correctly..only when the black money is eradicated there ll a chance to think abt eradicating poverty..
3) The government should use that money in efficient manner to eradicate the poverty permanently.. nowadays politicians are solving the problems temporarily which in turn became huge problem in future..

even when these things happen.. the common people should ve the mentality to accept the poor people among their society.. even now, the differences among the people are seen somewhere..

A good question, however though it is not impossible but looks as a dream. In my opinion job to everyone to be assured by State in a befitting way, also execution of work and payment of wages are to be adhered sincerely.

You know sense of belonging to the institution / organisation (from self " self is the first institution" to all other ) has to be present in each & every mind and this only will lead all to work,and this is the step by which poverty would atleast eradict from one person and so on.

And one thing poverty is not only main cause for crime but main is 'no limit of lust' there must be a satisfaction and lust to aqure more & more knowledge only should persist in the mind of each one of us.

I hope poverty can be eradicated by collective participation. What do we do if any of our family members suffer in this problem. The same way we can solve this. We so help others. One person can help atleast another one person to improve the human wealth index. We are responsible for a clean and happy environment by extending helping hands. Another way is that the income tax money to be paid by every individual can be used by themselves by way of helping the poor. That money can be considered as TDS.

Instead of giving charity to institutions, help a person directly.
Collect the charity amount to pay for a house/hut for a poor man, instead of giving small amounts at several times.
Teach everyone dignity of labour. Many choose to remain poor and starve, than working as labourers.
Higher education costs about a lakh minimum which is not available to the poor. This leaves them frustrated. Small diploma or certificate courses have to be started to train youngsters to be good electricians, plumbers, capenters, tailors etc.
They can easily find jobs for themselves.
Unemployment allowance can be given in due course and ask those people to do some social service, as per their choice and means, in return.
Any way nobody seems to be short of food, or clothes as rich have too much to throw, which these poor can pick up. These need shelter but!

a way for us to stop poverty is to impose a global tax imposed by the united nations to prevent people, that can't afford children, to have them. this would also solve illigal immigration because people in the poor population are under educated and i've heard many say that they will have as many kids as god sends them. instead of only having one child which to invest in they have to ration it to seven. that money that goes to many children could have gone to one childs better care and education. since they can't afford their children they send them on a risky voyage to wealthier countries. were they compete with eachother for lower an lower wages. the corperations don't want a smaller poor population because this is their slave labor. they pay them enough for a place to live and a little to eat. just like slave owners had a place for their slaves to sleep and eat. the illegal immigrants aren't taking away jobs from americans their competing with each other. although this helps the middle class why because before the wife stayed home to clean the house and take care of the children but with cheap labor of over population of the poor they could afford for someone else to do it. thus alowing both parents to work full time jobs making the middle class wealthier and the poor class poorer. the global tax should go towards surgerys to prevent people that can't afford children or have a desease that could be transmited to the child like AIDS.

to eradicate poverty we should take the foll.steps
1. we should provide lands to the farmers, who didn't even get there basic necessities (food, clothing & shelters)
2. we should educate the illiterate people.
3.High taxes should be taken from the rich people.because they have to sacrifice in order to eradicate poverty
4. provide loans with low interest to the people who wants to start there own business ,but didn't get sufficient money to start them.
