My mom and I don't talk much.. and she's working all day on Christmas. My dad died 8 months ago, my brother is in juvenile detention for going nuts after my dad died, my grandma doesn't talk to me (although we're civil). My fiance is Jewish.

Also, my best friends have their own lives now-without me.

Is this what it's going to be for the rest of my life? I'll be 23 on thursday. Kind of young, but kind of older.

Last week, my cousin had a party at her lake house(she is country girl).We had several hours of innocent flirting and heavy drinking, when i found myself being escorted to a nearby bed by my cousin and another girl I had just met that day. People bow down to Money, Power, Self, Family, Society, self Habits, Fear, Temptations, pride, Craze, Ignorance, False religious belief & rituals, weaknesses & thoughts,

Some people worships Sun, Moon, Earth, Stars.. etc,

Some worship Material, Energy , Time and Space.

Some to Imaginary objects and Concepts.
and so on..

Will I go to hell if i'm not baptisted, My mum was a Catholic and my dad was C of E, they left it for me to decide. I fear I have got a ternimal illness and as I am not scared about dying I am terrified that I will go to hell, Mum as already died and so as my sister and I always thought that when I go I will be reunited with them. Will I or what, I tried catholic lessons for six months, but couldn't really understand what it was all about. Please help, I am really worried. Thankyou

In the last few years, I've noticed Kwanzaa appearing in the black Church. I grew up with Christmas. I am wondering what to do with Kwanzaa ?

I've had a few complications with accents while I speak languages.

I speak Chinese, English, and Japanese.

I realize that I have an accent in all three, so I have to ask... is it better to know all three languages but speak with an accent? Or is it better to just stick with one language, be perfect in that and forget the others?

I get self conscious when my American friends point out my grammatical/pronunciation errors or when my Chinese friends tell me not to speak because of my accent. Because of the above incidents, I've been trying to get rid of my accent in Japanese also.

What are your opinions?

I had to take them to the mall to buy the gifts that I got for them (I had no babysitter), the only ones they have not seen are some that a couple of friends got for them and I am tempted to tell them that those one are from Santa but i don’t want my friends to loss the credit? I've kind of decided that I believe in God now. I've really been thinking about it over the past few days. I've seen the power by which faith gives people strength, courage, and hope. I don't think the effect of faith on people's lives can be explained in purely natural terms.

I'm thinking of converting to either Roman Catholicism or Greek Orthodoxy.

So anyways - do you have any thoughts, opinions, bits of information, etc., you wish to share?
