This appears to be a translation from spoken (hence a bit grammatically loose) German.
Should be: Vielen Danke. Mir geht's gut. Hoffe Dir auch. (I have a problem with that last sentence.)

This seems to be a response to someone's greeting- Hello, how are you? In normal English, we'd translate your string as "Many thanks. I'm good. Hope you are, too." I'm not sure why, but to my ears, I'd have said "Hoffe bei Dir auch." The way it's written there sounds strange to me. Lots of German is idiomatic. Might not be easy to explain why "it goes (to) me well" is good German, though it sure sounds like funny English, doesn't it?
