I think a problem that faced the world and had humanity devoted to saving itself and this little blue pearl called Earth. I think an alien invasion, where everyone would have to put all the stupid and annoying things aside for a single cause of survival would make the world a better place. We would show what we're made of and finally see that the single person is as important as the whole.

People putting more emphasis on becoming informed about the world they live in and the life they lead. There is too much emphasis on entertainment, self indulgence, power, greed, and things that don't do much other than blind the people to just how screwed up things really are for the vast majority. Turn off the TV. That's the most destructive 'drug' out there. Religion id not helping matters either. We need a revolution.

If people stopped trying to turn fantasy into reality. I don't care if it's God or the Starship Enterprise, if you can't prove it exists, stop peddling it as a reality!! The whole world will be better off.

A global Theocracy!
(Theos = God - in Greek)
(kratos = rule - in Greek)

Hence, a world in which the only TRUE God, Jehovah, rules over all the earth through his kingdom (as mentioned in the Lord's prayer: "Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth" - Matthew 6:10).
