A lot of fundies seem to prefer the "Angry Jesus" - the guy who's tossing money changers out of the temple or coming back with flames of glory.

Some prefer the baby Jesus - tender and mild while others like the Mel Gibson Gorefest Savior.

He has family problems and his family is not going to pay for his college. He's really poor and the same age as me. He said he'll go wherever I go..when we're 18
I know it's bad if a boyfriend lives with you before marriage but for some reason I feel kind of bad if a friend who is a guy lives with me even though we're not getting married. Like is it a sin or what?
My friends always live together and they seem fine but they're girls.

im white but if i say one thing about me being proud of it then i get labeled as a rascist... and no im not a racist!
i know that i will get ridiculed for what im about to say but :
i was not a slave trader and im not in the KKK so why should i be treated like i am? its degrading to be white these days because everything we do is wrong!!!!!!!! i dont even CARE about races only the HUMAN RACE which is the one God cares about and im just babbling so ill stop there:)

If evolution is true why do so many people have a need to worship something? If evolution is true why do we need any rules? If we evolved then we should not even care to do right or wrong. Do you really think our minds evolved too! Can you not see that if you keep copying something that it will not be as good as the first thing that was copied from. If everything breaks or dies it then seems that it would be imposibble for anything to just keep getting better. Everyone even knows that you need an original thing in the first place before you can even copy something. This original thing must have something or someone that created it. Things just do not come from nothing.

And here, I'm talking the careful selection of animals to produce different strains and breeds, rather than anything in the Eugenics line...

I'm really just curious how creationists interpret the effects, here. We're historically aware that say, dogs came from a common stock, but by careful selection of mates we've managed to end up with animals as diverse as the Chihuahua and the St Bernard. We're still seeing new breeds of domestic cat and dog being developed even today.

How do you guys interpret this? Is this evidence that to radically change the appearance of a species requires a hand on the wheel (ourselves in this case), or did God include dachshund genes in wolves? Or is this an example of evolution at work, albeit one distorted and accelerated by human intervention?

There is this person who lost spouce a few years ago and they havent found a new one. They feel soo depressed and I cant seem to get them to fell better. This person is very depressed. Can some one give me insight into what I could say to make them feel better.
