It happens all the time, right here in America. Just a few years ago a boy in my state was denied treatment at a hospital after being bit by a poisonous snake, and died.

How is it that so many wealthy conservative Christians are against universal health coverage? If we are to follow the teachings of Jesus, shouldn't we be helping others? Instead of letting them die when we have the ability to save them, simply because they are poor?

You know were they good enough that if a man was publicly crucified, and then came back to life and was viewed by 500 people, would something like that have been recorded by independent (read: not the Bible) record keepers?

What is the religion "Mormon"?? I know of someone who is mormon, and I'm still REALLY confused about them. Are they Christian, or some other religion completely? Or are they a branch of Christian like Baptists? And what are their beliefs...and what sets them apart from everyone else???

I am a direct descendant of Mary Queen of Scots, King James I, Charles I, and Charles II, but of course, this is through an illegitimate line. However, there have been many people who have had been said to have had a rightful claim to the Scottish throne even though their line was illegitmate seeing as how the Royal Stuart line went extinct, legitimately-wise, but has lived on through illegitimate lines. An example of a person who had Royal Stuart ancestry is Princess Diana.

Will this have any negative repercussions in later dealings with the civil authorities and such?

Anyone not a muslim is Kuffar or going to hell. We are bad simply because we happened to be born in the USA. If your born a Jew, you are even worse I guess? They can all be different and have bad people in their religion that make it look bad. Okay! But why do you think that we should not be offened when you say we are bad? You don't even know me.
But you have judged me worthy to go to hell and suffer for an eternity. I have never learned your religion so how could I be that religion? So rather than kindly try to teach us the true religion by your way of thinking you just judge us worthy or dieing and going to hell. If we don't conform to what you want and none of us can because we are white and I think that puts us out of the muslim thing. So we are just to suffer and die.
Then you say don't judge us? do you think this is fair?
All we know of your religion is what we hear on the news.
So far none of it has been good. In Pakistan they blew up a bunch of people?

Where I live, even the Jewish, Muslim, and Pagans celebrate the holiday, whether they celebrate the birth of Jesus or not! And I do know some people from other faiths that will be celebrating December 25th.

So, why do we have to avoid saying Merry Christmas? It seems like those who worry we might offend someone want to placate a small but vocal minority?

The bible tells us Jesus will come in a cloud of glory and that first the dead in Christ will rise and then those alive in Christ will follow. In Matthew 24 He tells us of the signs to watch for...natural disastors all over the world increasing, wars and rumors of war...hatred and prejudice against friends and family, including patricide and incurable plagues...having been a born again Christian since 1973 and looking at the signs of today, I believe He is coming sooner than we all think...what do you think?

I don't mean "Frosty the Snowman..." I mean saying things about Jesus Christ....that are non-Biblical, such as
being "king of Israel." Jesus Christ was a prophet, and the messiah, and God in the flesh (to us Christians) but he was not the recognized monarch of Israel...in fact, the Jewish authorities at the time condemned him to death. As the Jews said (recorded in the Gospels) "we have no king but Caesar."
