I heard so much about spirit guides and how they guide you but

are there ways to comunicate with the guide or guides?

It's almost like you have to pay to be brought in this world and pay to exit (die). It really doesn't make sense to me. Why does the government take so much? Could someone please elaborate on this?

the bible tells us the savior would come from the lineage of david.if you look at the family tree it goes down to joseph.joseph wasn't Christ's father so dna would not link the two together but it would joseph and Christ's brother.how is this a viable conclusion?

We live beside 2 very butch older (50 -ish) lesbians. They are always coming knocking at the door complaining. Our dog that sleeps in the garage barked one night ...complaint. Our 2 car driveway only technically fits 1 1/2 cars so either mine or my husbands hangs off the side..they don't like the way it looks. We are putting up a privacy fence and every opportunity they get they come to complain about the workers, the noise, remeasuring property lines, you name it. We own our house and I am fed up with playing the nice girl. Now I am ready to piss them off every channce I get. Any suggestions? It can't be something to get me arrested or piss off my neighbors across the street. Just the ones next door.

i have about 15-20 friends that I give all the same gift to, i usually do candy, or cookies, or candy canes. but i want to do something maybe a little different. maybe chocoalte covered pretzels? any ideas? my price range for each of them is like 1 or 2 dollars. hopefully i can make/buy them in bulk.

No I didn't see him in a taco or a rose petal ..I saw the perfect image of Jesus Christ in the form of a cloud around 1976. The same day I saw this it was also seen in washington DC. I can back this up with photos and online news clips. Why would I lie? So..believe me or make fun of me? I'm almost afraid to post this but it happened and that is why my faith is so strong.

okay, I'm going to tell you my religious views.Then you're gonna tell me if my beliefs fall under the "atheist" category, or the "agnostic" category. (or maybe something else?)

I definitely not christian, or any other organized religion. I don't agree with any of their beliefs or moral stances. I don't know if there is a god or not, but I have never felt any closeness to one or known one. I think there's probably not a god, but I don't think there's any way to know. I don't think god talks to people and I don't get the point of praying.

So... which one does that make me? Athiest or Agnostic?




(and don't try to convert me... I'm not an ignorant person. I've spent my life researching and I know quite a bit on the subject of christianity.)

I started coming to R&S to clear some of the misconseption of Islam, and here i am, i find my self trying to clear up the misconception about Shia that some of my sunni brothers have, this is a sad day for me.

I know of over six ID's that are not Muslims, they pretend to be so they can cause fitna, but that i do not mind trolls you cannot control them right?. What does bother is bothers and sisters who i know as genuine Muslims i have known and respected for a long time i have known them since i have been on for over a year they seem to agree with them or keep quite about it.......... i am truly sad from the bottom of my heart.

Muslims do not let satan trick you, Allah warns us in the Qur'an when he says:

And when Satan made their deeds seem fair to them (c8:v49)

And those who believe and do righteous deeds - them shall We, surely, house in lofty mansions of Paradise, beneath which streams flow. They will abide therein. Excellent is the reward of those who labour for good, (Qur'an)

Now when you read the above verse do you really think that what you say about your brothers and sisters in Islam without knowledge? Allah is going to let you in this paradise? fear allah and do not be like the jews and the christians Allah says:

And they say. 'None shall ever enter Heaven unless he be a Jew or a Christian.' These are their vain desires. Say, 'Produce your proof, if you are truthful.(Qur'an)

I could easily add in the above verse Shia or Sunni instead of Christian and Jew don't you agree? Wake up Muslims and ponder over the Qur'an, If you truly are followers of Islam, and if you truly Love Allah and Love the Messenger of Allah as you claim you do and i know you do, YOU will unite, +Islam is all about Tawheed.

Gender
Racial
THOUGHT
Geography
Education
Personality


Now diversity means only one thing: MORE BLACK PEOPLE. I'll give you an example. My boss said management was pushing us to get more diversity on our team, so I gave him resumes of people from diverse things from all of the items listed above. He said to me, "Uh, this wasn't what they meant. We need to find a few black people to hire. That's what they were looking for"

I have had several emails during my time here , by people who swear and curse a little in their email
then go on to appologise to me as if I would find it shocking

and What religion do you practice that would rate meditation as important or unimportant?
For instance, a 10 means it's the most important part of the religion I practice. (I'd expect Buddhists to rank it a 10) Or 1 if Meditation is not used at all in my religious practices. (I don't know of any religions that have no meditation, after all Jesus meditated/contemplated in the desert for 40 days)
