I heard so much about spirit guides and how they guide you but
are there ways to comunicate with the guide or guides?

You have many guides about you all of the time - you yourself are spirit & have a 'higher self' that resides within spirit.
I teach people to have contact with their guides. Guided meditations & meditation are the best routes.
If you wish to develop also learn about your subtle energy system & Opening, Grounding & connecting to Spirit.

I have now for just over three years. ACTUALLY she came to me.....but through God. I prayed to God for help and protection. But she only comes when my spirit is hurt. Spirit guides seem to come usually to do with your spirit. They come to teach, help, comfort....communicate some, but to help you with comforting your spirit.
So prayer is the key, sincere, heart felt prayers to due with your spirit.....My guide does help me with my son, because my prayer was for me and him, why my spirit was feeling hurt. Sometimes she comes many days in a row, sometimes in a month or two, depending on what's going on, she seems to know every time my spirit is hurt, I see and hear her, and I at times am able to communicate.

Depends on what you want guiding you. Inexperience is dangerous. For a person not believing in immediate life after death myself, I wouldnt bother. Why do you need a spirit guide anyway? I was always under the impression that they find you not the other way around.
Call Dionne Warwick or Miss Cleo I guess.

hi...first I would suggest that you formalize this...you go to a quiet place where there are no interruptions...in my culture we call it going on the hill or crying for a vision...in the calm of no distractions where you can be still for days and nights...this ceremony is not easy...we do not eat, drink or sleep for 4 days and nights...this takes you into the "zone"...and then Creator and your spirit guides can be heard...it is not that they are not there all the time...but the distractions of tv, cell phone, others....it is hard to be heard above the distractions of this world

A lot of people claim they can do this, but personally I don't believe a majority of them! Maybe God gave them a gift and they just abuse it, who knows. But they don't work, they find obvious information and use t, messes with your mind....bad idea. Don't go there. That and witchdoctors......stay away.

Find a bartender who might be willing to lend you theirs... but don't expect much. Most of the spirits they mix in those spirit guides can get pretty pricy.

There are people who claim they can do this. Some of them are just crackpots though. Some are not. You want to be careful about what you invite to communicate with you, though.. especially if you are inexperienced. Something could latch onto you that you dont necessarily want.

Yes. I go and meditiate. Ask them simple questions. Think about them and you will dream about them.

They are always with you. You can talk to them anytime, anywhere and they can hear you.
