That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness, 2Thes.2:11,12.

These people missed the 'rapture' that occurred in verse 7 (He who holds down (prevents) lawlessness is taken out of the way (raptured).) And these left behind people will be deceived by Satan's lying wonders. That means they will take the mark of the beast & suffer the conscequences! Rev.14:10,11 They will suffer Gods wrath...& torments...& not rest day or night who worship the beast & his image & whosoever receives the mark of his name.

It seems reasonable to assume that people were aware that something big was going on as the animals were loaded. If not they certainly would have suspected something as the waters begin to rise. Of course there was nothing but bad people left out side the boat and I can not help but wonder why some of the real bad men did not attack the Arch and over power Noah and his crew and throw them over board. Also it is hard to believe that there was not one person on earth at the time other than Noah`s family that believed in God. If such a situation were to arise today all the non believers would start hanging around the boat from the first shower on and they would be calling old Noah good buddy especially the ones from Mississippi.

Luke 6:37 NIV
[Judging Others] [6:37-42pp -- Mt 7:1-5] "Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

Matthew 7:1 KJV
Judge not, that ye be not judged .

Matthew 6:1 KJV
Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 6:2 KJV
Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

Matthew 6:3 KJV
But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth :

Matthew 6:4 KJV
That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly .

I always thought it was because the devil hated god, and this was his means of bothering god. Is there any scripture that supports that or am I way off.

I don't mean "treat people nicer".

I mean, do you have a ritual of any sort? Like do you pray or meditate before bed?

Do you light incense?

Do you intoxicate yourself in any way?

Do you go to confession?

Do you do a rosary?

Do you light candles?

I think it would be interesting to see how others incorporate their spiritual side into their daily routine.

God has done and said so many things in Symbolism.

I find it hard to believe that he would "punish" us.

Is it possible that this is just another form of symbolism?

Perhaps we are headed for death, and nothing beyond that, should we not choose to go onwards?

That sounds more like the God I believe in.

I cannot beleve there are so many stars and galaxies as scientists tell.

personally i think all telescopes are bunch of toys taking fake pictures. there are only 5000 stars in universe and they're fixed to solid firmament as mentioned in Genesis.

solar system is a lie and earth is flat immobile circle.

please take bible literally or you are a fool. scientists should grow up too.
