I don't mean "treat people nicer".

I mean, do you have a ritual of any sort? Like do you pray or meditate before bed?

Do you light incense?

Do you intoxicate yourself in any way?

Do you go to confession?

Do you do a rosary?

Do you light candles?

I think it would be interesting to see how others incorporate their spiritual side into their daily routine.

According to my beliefs I make time every day to try and demolish unsupported opinions.
It's become something of a hobby.

I get up and draw a rune on Monday and read up on it, see how it's fitting into my life at the moment.

I give greeting to the Sun goddess and the land wights - usually while I'm waiting for my Irish Breakfast tea to brew.

At night I sometimes light a small oil lamp and incense in honor of Roman deities (I'm a member of a reconstructionist Roman group which accepts Heathens and doesn't require us to change our religion). I also do a meditation to Odin or Freya once a week or more.

Every morning I read the Bible , then I get on my knees and pray. I have not missed a day since I retired in October ,2001. Occasionally I will study Hebrew in addition to my Bivle reading and prayers. I try to witness to someone every day on YA or in person or both. Every night before bed I read Christian and/or Jewish literature, and various mailings from ministries we support and then I either pray myself to sleep or sing hymns to the Lord till I sleep. Sometimes I wake up still singing to the Lord in my heart. None of these daily things I do are a burden , because I love God with all my heart, soul , mind and strength. Thank you Jesus! Blessed be your name .

brush my teeth , watch my diet , serve in my job, and strive to perfection for a more reasonable future humanity. My human spirit is natural and by no means other worldly as we really need to tend to first things first anyway. Meditation and concentration ,patience , discipline ,generousity, and diligence are some of the tools I try to maintain as guides to a fair life . Peace and happiness for all is the goal.
