Do you prefer to just have a pizza delivered, get the freshly made kind that you bake at home, use frozen pizzas, make them from scratch, or ignore them all together?

We prefer the kind you have made fresh, then take home and bake. We'd really like to put it directly on our pizza stone, but you can't get the darn thing off the paper tray it comes on.

If you put everything you could into the design of a computer, even a little of your self and it totally rebelled; started cursing you, told you that you had no say in what it did, you didn't exist and were the root of all computer problems, what would you do? I'd unplug it and never plug it back in. If your answer is close to mine, think of the similarities of God creating us and our rebellion. Quit being mad at God, realize we are His creation and start being thankful for His love and patience!

I just heard on the news that in Australia they don't want their Santa Clauses saying "Ho, Ho, Ho" because it might offend women. In my opinion, this is ridiculous! Don't we have more serious things to worry about in this world besides stupid stuff like this? HELLO........people quit being so dumb!

on a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your walk with God?

just a few things to ponder?
do you spend time with God daily? how?
do you evangelize?
do you tithe to your church?
do you get with others for discipling, confession, correction, advise?
do you goto church weekly?
what reasons stop you from going to church?

are you looking for a church that calls you higher? if so, I know of a church that does that. I can direct you to one in what ever city you may live in.

Spend most of their time here bashing Christianity, more often than not to believers (Jesus is Christ), rather than seek out the truth for themselves?

Behold I send you out as sheep among wolves...saith the Lord.

Why do Christians always call out Atheists and vis-versa? It is really irritating! Can't they all just leave well enough alone?

Second part of the question: Without their constant fighting would R&S be empty?

What is the big deal? WalMart and other stores have decided to use 'Happy Holidays' as their official store greeting. Why are people upset over this? Is it really a big deal if someone you don't know, that doesn't know you or your beliefs, gives you a warm friendly greeting. Yes, most people in America celebrate Christmas, but there are many Holidays between November and December and we should celebrate them all.
WalMart is a GLOBAL company, and like it or not, there are plenty of people in the world who don't celebrate Christmas. WalMart wants those people to feel just as welcome as the ones who do celebrate Christmas. Is this really what things have come to in America? We are complaining about someone saying 'Happy Holidays'. There are so many more important things to worry about.

You weren't following his example by intervening. Isn't that ungodlike and thus amoral. Shouldn't you have stood there and watched it like God did?

It's been suggested -- okay, said outright -- that we do not, and instead look to priests and saints for our salvation.

Funny, I always thought we relied upon Christ for that.

But the concept of "owning" our spirituality -- anyone, not just Catholics -- seems rather odd to me. Particularly in the context of Christian spirituality, isn't owning it contradictory? If we are Christian, we freely give everything we are to Christ, and rely on Him fully.

So in the interest of clearing the air on this -- upon what, or Who, do Catholics rely for our salvation? And is "not taking ownership of our spirituality" a valid accusation? Please take into consideration not only your own knowledge but also "cultural" Catholicism, as I believe negative experience with this may be the basis of the assertion.

Today, during work, one of my coworkers saw that I had a bad habit and informed me about it right away. My bad habit is that I can get excited really quickly and become very talkative (I talk about positive things, like how beautiful the sun is, and I begin to rant) and annoying to some people at times. I did it to my supervisor (who I do not like or respect) and it made him get quiet and not want to talk to me. I never really noticed this and I hope that I only do it to people that I don't like (I really would hate to do this to a friend). Is getting excited out of no where really that bad? And if it stops people from talking to me that I really can't stand, is it worth me changing? Is this a really bad habit or not?
