Duh? You mean that for our sakes you will abandon verbosity and loquacious rambling, spouting Dawkinisms and evolutionary illogicality in favor of solid sagacity and blunt monosyllabic renderings of atheistic philosophy? How very innovative. I don't believe its been attempted thus far. Good luck with your grand departure from the trite and ridiculous. Love in Christ, ~J~

Why do you think that we don't understand atheism? I bet we understand you more than you understand us! I can totally understand not believeing in God, can you understand believing in Him? Of course you can't! You consider us to be weak, brainwashed, delusional, uneducated, etc. I don't believe any of those things about anyone just because of their belief system. I am so tired of the insults! Insults come as an attack when we have nothing better to say or can no longer defend our point of view. Atheists, who claim to be the most intellectual, logical and reasonable of all of all the belief systems, are actually the most INTOLERANT of all of the groups on R&S. You get upset when we mention hell, yet you have assumed that we are all condemned to a life of ignorance and insanity. I wonder if you truly know any Christians at all or if you only go by the words stated in this forum. Are there some fanatical Christians? Of course, their are fanatics in every group, but only Christianity seems to be defined by the fanatics, while the rest of us are condemned to live in their shadow. No thter group seems to have this phenomenon. Even the Muslims are tolerated and treated as a group that is misunderstood because of the radical interpretations of a few. How many times have you heard that Islam is a peaceful religion, yet Christianity is supposedly the most violent religion in the history of mankind. I am not asking you to believe what I believe. I am not here to convert you. I am here to share with other Christians that have questions about our faith and to try to get others to understand where my point of view comes from and how and why I believe what I believe. I should be able to do that without being labeled because of my beliefs.

technology explains the massive bang exchange into no longer from no longer something yet from a singularity that exchange into each and every of the problem and ability interior the universe compressed right into a single factor that then accelerated immediately! So in answer on your question it exchange into consistently right here! yet why are undesirable christians consistently claiming the massive bang got here from no longer something? Are they that ignorant? Did they sleep with the aid of college or is it that they know the reality yet think of they are able to curl it through fact all people is gullible?! regrettably it particularly is undesirable Christians like your self that make Christianity a laughingstock via ignoring the reality and making such stupid posts mutually as claiming God have been given no longer something and then produced each and every thing from no longer something! So your declare is fake and that's you it particularly is making the declare no longer atheists! The Pope, Catholic Church, Church of britain and mainstream church homes all settle for the massive bang and evolution! Lord Carey the former Archbishop of Canterbury positioned it ok – “Creationism is the fruit of a fundamentalist attitude to scripture, ignoring scholarship and severe gaining understanding of, and puzzling diverse understandings of actuality”! valuable that christians and atheists can agree and snigger mutually even whether it particularly is at fundie fee! yet in the back of the laughter is the melancholy on the fundamentalists striving so difficult to interrupt christianity via turning it from a faith to an ideology! Surveys recommend that 29% of yank christians are so extremist of their ideals that they fall properly outdoors of the standard bounds of christianity!

It's not that they do not understand Atheism, They understand it alright. They just don't wish to accept it, Just like a Atheist will not accept there being "Gods".

People put so much faith and hold on to what they believe, it causes closed eyes.

If one wishes to believe in a God or Gods, good for them.
If one wishes to be Atheist, good for them.

If your happy in what you believe you would not get upset by
others beliefs, even if they are ranting on about them.

Never try a mono or bi syllables with any Christian or he may take it as your consent for his persuasion to become a Christian. Most Christians become deaf while talking to atheists or pretend to be so but are expert lip readers(in their own way )..

Will Atheists better understand Christians if we explain Christianity in one and two syllable words? How do you like that directed at you?

No. It's not like Christians are actually stupid - well, some of them are, but that's true of any segment of the population. It's that they've been trained from early childhood to avoid criticizing their religious beliefs as they would anything else. That's why they can always see the absurdities and contradictions of other religious traditions, but never their own.

As for atheism, they'd rather accuse professed atheists of being "afraid" of the very ideas they reject as atheists, than admit that they've simply applied rational criticism to those ideas and decided that they don't hold water.

To ask atheists why they're in the R&S section is like asking doctors why they care about cancer. You can be against something and still be interested in it - in fact, opposition is a form of interest, obviously.

Of course not, I am not Atheist but I do believe that most Christians are VERY close minded. Most say if you can't conform to them then your wrong!...Personally I believe that no one religion is right, and that there is no "God" the way that he is depicted in the Bible, Quaran, etc.

But yea, I agree with first guy, they may get confused by that statement.

Maybe if we funded a new "version" of the Bible...and threw something in there about evolution. The Bible seems to be the default answer, so we really need to find a way to get in that thing. =)
