I just heard on the news that in Australia they don't want their Santa Clauses saying "Ho, Ho, Ho" because it might offend women. In my opinion, this is ridiculous! Don't we have more serious things to worry about in this world besides stupid stuff like this? HELLO........people quit being so dumb!

Most definately the world is becoming too politically correct...

Can't exclude people because they might feel bad..

Can't say this...can't say that because it might someone's feelings...

Time for people to get a realistic dose of life and get tougher skin.

We have been too PC for some time. Certain groups use this to keep other groups on the defensive. It is also in direct violation of the free speech amendment of the Constitution. I will not sit in a Santa's lap that does not say, "Ho, Ho, Ho." I won't take my grand kids to see him either!

I think that we are sacrificing honesty and people's right to freely speak by embracing political correctness. The great thing about the US has always been people ability to speak their mind regardless if you agreed with them or not. You may hate what someone believes but to encroach upon their right to express that belief will limit your ability to voice your objection. I cringe when I hear some people spewing hatred but that gives us a balance like not other society on earth.

I'm glad the human race is at least starting to think about how their words effect others... every "new" idea has a learning curve...
