My aunt is a JW and is currently in the hospital. My mom just called me and told me that her red cells are dropping and if she doesnt take a blood transfusion that she will die within 3 weeks. I know there is a blood substitute of sorts that they can use, however she is on Medicad and Im not sure they cover it. Either way, I would love to get some information about this alternative as she doesnt have much time left. Thanks!

it's okay for guys and girls to watch heterosexual porn and it's okay for guys to watch lesbian porn... but why do people think it's so weird for girls to be into gay porn?

I have done research on Islam. Muslims believe every word of the Koran is the sacred word of their God.
How can it be 'the religion of peace' with instruction like this in the Koran?

Note the word "virgin" as compared with "young woman". And yes I know that a young woman is considered a virgin, but does everybody else know that?

Ok, I want to know some hardcore facts people! Give me what you got and tell me some biblical scriptures where it CLEARLY states that sex before marriage is wrong. I don't mean the scriptures where you have to unscramble everything in it, I mean the ones where God himself clearly states that sex before marriage is wrong. Please Read this CAREFULLY and think about your answer don't just give me the same schtick about "people put themselves in hell" cause I've already heard that one and it doesn't apply for the exact reason that I ask this question.

If God can do anything, and God makes the rules for the universe, and God is supposedly the embodiment of Love, then why would He chose to make a rule that would allow anyone to be tortured in Hell for Eternity when He could have just made them no longer exist? Isn't non-existence more loving than Hell? Does a loving God make rules that will land people he loves in Hell? It's a contradiction since this supposedly 'loving' god knew from the get go that making that rule would have people tortured in Hell.

Now I know that there are those who believe Hell is nonexistence but that's not what the Bible says at all, so believing that Hell is anything other than a place of fire and torment is fringe liberal Christianity and intellectually dishonest.

Okay.. I've been driving my friends around A LOT! From school, mall, movies, bowling, friends house and back, eating, etc etc. Honestly at first I didn't mind but I'm getting annoyed they're not offering to pitch in for gas money. When we hang out tomorrow I'm just gonna bluntly say it. I mean sometimes they buy me lunch, but we eat at cheap places like Mcdonalds for $3 at most. But yeah when I ask do I say how much I need or what? What's a reasonable amount? I probably drive them around for maybe 30~45 minutes on the weekends?
