The average cost for a reading is anywhere from $1.00 to $10.00 per minute depending on the notoriety of the reader. I imagine those who write books probably charge even more. A good tarot reader would love a 45 minute card spread!

Hello

That is like asking how long is a piece of string!

You would be self-employed - you can work alone at home or you can work for a company. Or both.

It would depend on how good you are, word of mouth, how much you charge, where you live & how you market yourself as well as in what capasity as a reader you work.

Maybe it is worth doing as a side line for a while, to get a feel for what clients need etc. The reality of doing the work proffessionally is much different than random work.

Good luck x

Genuin, reputable psychics and mediums DO NOT make enough to live off of-b.c they are responsible and do not let clients return until 6 months to a year, and they do NOT charge a lot of money. If you are going into th e"business" and are a fake-do us real psychics a favour and DON'T. We have been working really hard to show ppl that spirituality is real and to watch out for ppl like you. It's b.c of fake ppl (like you, if you are fake) who give skeptics amo! who give ppl reason to believe psychic abilities are fake!

I use my gift to help others and it comes with a lot of responsibility. What you tell a person can impact their life. If you have a depressive person who is thinking about suicide, one wrong word or wrong prediction can cost you alife-and it will be in your hands. You hav eto know how to treat and talk to ppl and what is supposed to be said! I know, b.c spirits tell me-and bc of this I save lives...in other words- don't preach to a church if you don't know the bible! Don't do operations if you aren't a doctor!! etc etc..

FYI- we prefer the term Spiritual medium/intuitive person, etc etc..

I was in a class that had a speaker tell us about her research into gypsies' lives. She said that a gypsy woman was suppose to be able to support the family and provide her husband with an expensive car. I say you should be able to do that but you have to be good to get repeat business. I had a free reading once and she was convincing.

Why don't you look into your own future to find out and tell yourself how much you'll be making at it? If you can't do that, you probably shouldn't be charging others for telling them their fortunes.
