Surely if the Bible were inspired by God there would be no contradictions, no misrepresentations and no mistakes in translation. Surely God inspired people would translate perfectly, and consistently!

It suggests that Godly inspiration is fallible and untrustworthy otherwise.

Why do christians keep answering questions relating to the creation of satan with :god didn't make him evil,it was his greed etc..?Surely they can see that an Omnipotent allknowing god would have known in advance of his greed,desires,selfishness etc and hence created him exactly as he was meant to be?

well..i m married, very much happy with my husband - our sexual life is also good. but, when i think by myself about any girl(test basis), i mean - any intimate situation with any girl, i really become wet...but, in absence of my husband, if i think intimate about him i dont become that wet...so, is this simptom of a lesbian? do u think, in future it will create any problem in my sexual life?

What are your thoughts about the middle school that approved to have the pill prescribed to 11-13 year old girls if they desire? When is school going to be school and not social conditioning. What are your thoughts. A interesting piece of backround is 5 out of 500 in that age group were sexually active and the board stated those 5 need to be represented. This seems like an intentional plan to set into action something that doesnt really need to be in place at this age. Thoughts on this.

i was a muslim convert, before this i was a christian. I was researching on islam and i founded something that made me change religion. The Bible isn't a single bit pure, it was changed over time. the bible was from the early Qu'ran, the christians change most of it and the content was totally different from those sent from Allah.Jesus is called Isa in Islam, even the christians took the name of our prophet. Isa was one of our 25 prophets. For some reason, while he was about to be crucified, Allah replaced him with someone that looked liked him and the guy you see on the cross today isn't Jesus. The people during that time wanted to torture 'Jesus' and that was why he was replaced. i know that many Christians may disagree with me but that is the truth. Do your own research. I believe that Christianity was instilled on you people since you guys were born and that is why it is difficult for you to be accepting another religion.

Do you believe our culture has shifted and is going in a direction that is unhealthy. We have tons of kids with no dads at all. I personally know 2 moms who left their kids due to drugs, moms! We have these nuts who kill their own children now. School shootings are progressively getting worse, public shootings in general are getting worse. I could go on and on about tons of other things, but would like some opinions on this. Do you believe this is all the same and we didnt hear about it before, or do you believe our culture has shifted a bit in these directions? If you do, what is going on do you think? God's peace :)

Christians and muslims are dumb because they base their belief on faith, which means, do not question , just follow what is written in the book . The church and mullahs has to say that because otherwise, the Bible or the koran becomes a crock, with many inconsistencies and many things that simply do not make sense.

So they stay dumb and traditional for another couple of years?

There's a new girl at my school and she has a very thick accent (the closest I can think of is Rihanna but hers is much thicker) but she says she was born and raised in America. Her mother doesn't have the accent (she sounds more like a southern accent). How is that possible? Also she's kind of weird looking (you'd never believe she was American). She has like a strawberry blonde hair, her skin color's really weird (it's like Halle Berry's but with a redder tone), her eyes are blue and an eye shape I've never seen before and her lips are really full (like Angelina Jolie's except hers have an arch). Also she's really tall (5' 8" to 5' 9"). Any idea what background she might be from? I don't want to offend her by asking and being wrong with the guess. Her first name's Jamya or Jamia (I'm not sure of the spelling) and her last name is Pendarvis (I think that's the spelling. It's like Pin-Dar-Viss). If you can recognize her culture, can you post info about it? Thanks.

Let's face it, Christians only really need the Bible but now they seem to need a pseudoscience to try to justify their claims. It is not real science for starters but they are abandoning the word of God and trying to use means other than the word of God to justify the Bible.

Surely the word of God is enough - for intelligent designers it seems not. I have a lot more respect for the Christians on YA who simply say that the Bible is the word of God and therefore true, regardless of whether I agree with them or not. They have not begun to abandon their faith for which they deserve great respect.

I have little respect for Intelligent designers who abandon the word of God as their proof (essentially begin to shed their faith) and try to invent a "science" to prove the "truth" of the Bible.

Many people say that they can't understand or even think why gay people like or can be attract to their fellow men/women. well the answer is simple.... they are NOT gay... hehehe they cannot find their situations to gay people because they are straight. They act and most importantly they FEEL that way. It is in their nature to be attracted to the opposite sex. But for gay people, it is in THEIR Nature to be attracted to their same gender so for people who thinks that "being gay is yucky or very sinful" or things like "how can they manage to like their own sex" questions can be categorized in the "most idiotic questions in the world." You don't have to put yourself in our place to understand us because you are not like us....... opinions are welcome. Bad or good :))

Yesterday my friend was telling me how she met a guy and she was like "guess what his name is?"...so I was like hmmm Steven?..and I got it right!!...then today before I looked this chicken nuggets package I was saying to myself "ok it's probably made in Wisconsin or Minnesota.." and guess what the package said? WI...I don't believe in the supernatural but that was weird! lol
