Between all races?

Of course it has. Mixed couples are even given a second though. The races mix socially more.
I know that my grandparents didn't have any friends of a different race. My parents had a couple of friends of a different race and half of my friends that I hand out with are of a different race.
Mixed race children are some of the most beautiful children I have ever seen.

To me it seems that most of the hatred in the world right now is based on religious fanatics not race based.

My observation has been that it has indeed declined in terms of the more overt expressions of racism (with the exception of supremacists, though even they are more aware of when to make comments and when to remain silent). The racism that is now more prevalent is covert individual and institutional racism that is intended to impede progress. This has always existed, but was often overlooked due to people thinking that racism had to be obvious. This type is more damaging, yet not as obvious. However it is still based in the reality of one group using tactics aimed at systematic denial of a target group to maintain the status and control of a dominant group.

I think racism has first and foremost changed. In the U.S. there has been a decline in racism towards blacks, but increase in racism against Arabs and Hispanics.

I think racism had declined a lot for a while, but I think it's sadly on the rise again, only against different groups than before.

no,if anything its worse whites still move away when minorities buy a home near them police still racial profile drug laws target minorities the media still focus on negative images in minority communities and ,for every liberal I'm- not -a- racist on here they aren't thrilled to see any of their relatives marrying outside their race. and a classic example is the OJ case most whites are upset that he got off but when Robert Blake got off nobody blinked an eye Phil specter had a hung jury nobody cared .

No it's the same. It showed once the whole Jena6 thing started. Racism has been here all along there just can't be ouroars like there used to be. There is still a KKK clan around. It's really a shame. I can't stand racist people!!

No, the opposite. But I don't know if it's because of religious diffences, terrorism fears or just that the culprits (from all sides) have got louder.
