Please don't submit second-hand stories, urban legends, or "Darwin awards"--only documented deaths.

I know, this is morbid. Indulge me. Besides, you know you want to read the answers.

Can you figure out which sayings are by Muhammed, Jesus and Moses

Hint: 2 each

1) Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you
2) Decoration of the flesh is a defeat to the soul, and whoever cares for it does not have the fear of God in him
3)Conquering desire indicates perfection of virtue. But being conquered by it means lack of knowledge.
4) For we walk by faith, not by sight
5) All God's creatures are His family; and he is the most beloved of God who doeth most good to God's creatures.
6) Kindness is a mark of faith: and whoever hath not kindness hath not faith.

Caucasian does not mean white; caucasian means thinner features with round eyes. Look at the SCIENTIFIC definition not the American slang definition and you will see even nonwhites such as Dravidians are Caucasian.

For my debate class the topic was mythical creatures to be more specific vampires, if they ever existed or they do exist and what the word vampire actually means. My debate I really didn't think things through and didn't do any research on the topic. I had said that vampires didn't exist that it was all made up for advertisement well since I didn't give a good argument I lost the debate but the other person carefully researched their part and some of the things that he said really got me thinking more about this topic.

Ok so I am not a christian. But I have looked at the Christian bible and read it, like I did most of the other religious books while pursuing a religion that was right for me. My question is.
So God created the universe and everything in it (in the Christian point of veiw). Is it not possible, and perhaps more logical, That he created it all by compressing the matter and all that for the Big Bang. Then left it exactly how it came out to see what would happen? Which would then embrace the idea of Evolution as well because if (s)he is up there watching to see what would happen then watching as animals and plants evolved into what they are today and what they will be in the future would be a very interesting... call it experiment... at least in my eyes?
Please dont give me answers like "God does not exist" or "The bible says he did this". I would like opinions because I find the topic interesting.

If the answer is no - well then it seems that a person must belief in Jesus and/or God is a prerequisite for salvation. How do you suppose a person like myself just up and believe? I`m sure that most believers would agree that a persons heart would have to be into it. But how can a person force themselves to believe in something? Should I fake it? It`s kind of like Pascels Wager, if you`re right and God does exist then I will burn in hell forever. But if you`re wrong and he does not exist then you would have wasted some time. Obviously the safest bet at least according to Pascels wager is to believe in God. But how do you just up and believe in something you find to be totally irrational and fallacious?

Christians - What proof do you have ( real proof ) that God is real? Or that the text in the bible is real?

I have researched it and your religion is just other religions peiced together.

Im Pagan and im only asking this because Im tired of Christians telling me Im going to hell and that my religion isnt real and crap. I have nothing against any of you just the ones who feel the need to insult me.

Okay so there is a man by the name of Joe Kaufman who belongs to the group "Americans Against Hate" and he is flying all the way from Florida to Six Flags in Arlington, Texas to protest the Eid celebration of Muslims there. This is minutes from my home. This is NOT the first year that Muslims have had a day at Six Flags for Eid (Muslim Family Day) so families can take their kids and celebrate together. This man is saying that it's "Fanatic Muslim Day". The website for Americans Against Hate is OBVIOUSLY filled with hateful propaganda. There is NOTHING peaceful about him or this organization. There is a local Hispanic preacher in our community that has written the newspaper and our Imam telling us he backs us and they will join us to protest this hate-filled man. A local Rabbi & his congregation are behind us too ALHAMDULILLAH and he wrote as well. This group is not against hate, this group is only an anti-Muslim group!

I answered a question which refers to Jesus breaking bread/wine at the last supper...Jesus does not (correct me with verse if I'm wrong) mention when he says "Do this in memory of me" the church at all. The Vatican imposed their own interpretation to mean "the church" but Jesus did not refer to it.

In other words, if you are home with your family and want to honor the Eucharist in privacy and your heart is genuine, do you honestly believe that God would find that abhorrent?

I just dont understand why people have such a hard time placing their faith in God. Especially Christians! The bible tells us that without faith it is impossible to please Him. How can we ever lead a life that is pleasing to the Lord if we cannot even put our faith in His hands. He will never steer us wrong, he will never forsake us, he will never abandon us, and he will always be faithful and loving. Come on people, just put your faith in Him and everything else will fall into place. As Christians we should be setting an example for all others to follow. We need to win more people to the Lord, so we need to start by having faith in Him that he will allow us to do good works and win souls for His glory.

The questions:
"Christians- if you were presented with incontrovertable evidence that there was no God, would you become and atheist?"

and

"Atheists- If you were given incontrovertable evidence that God exists, would you become a Christian?"

Can we agree that these are both pointless trick questions mean to trap the other?
If we say no, we come across as close minded twits who can't see the truth when it's staring us in the face.
If we say yes, we come across as undecided in our beliefs.

Can we stop asking (and answering!) these questions?
