When I was in High School I did 2 terms, sophmore and junior year of high school, doing candy striper work at our local hospital. While at work one weekend a friend of mine was brought in to the ER trauma after being run over by a train. The body was actually on two gurnies as it was cut into by the train. Needless to say that was my last night as a candy striper.
