And when I mean satanic, I mean sold their souls for money, profit, and intellectualism.

To clafiry further: the most important things to these people and people in general is intellectualism, money, self-interest, ego, and basically the self, and any time of morality, right/wrong, and even human compassion is not-relevant.

I have a hunch that's the name of the game in this world, and many people in general seem to be like this.

So, therefore, describing this as Satanic may be far fetched, but it's the only term I can come up with. I don't think godly or wonderful or inspiring came to mind, so I just chose satanic. te hee.

Every industry's main goal is profit, and we have people studying the human mind to know what we want, so they can market to us, the medical industry is corrupt as well, basically it all is right down to the core, down to the average joe trying to get by paycheck to paycheck being greedy, and to even lower, people trying to steal, lie cheat, etc.

you are saved???
jesus died forour sins no matter what i do i am saved anyway, since he was god and if a god dies for your sins, it means so... cause, what kind of a god would be if even though dying for our sins then we were condemned for our sins???
god dies for our sins, later on he will decide who goes to hell or heaven based on our sins, so everyone goes to heaven.
he dies for our sins and later on he himself judges us for our sins....there is some kind of "complexity" (irony) i dont quite grasp

Every person should have, as a fundamental right, the freedom to follow and practice the religion of his or her choice. So also the freedom to change from one religion to another. From this arises one's duty to respect the religious views and practices of others, however convinced one many be that one's religion is the true one, just as an ardent supporter of one political party must respect the views and policies of other parties or a scientist who values his theories must respect even the contrary theories of other scientists.

Do you respect other Religions?

Mia sorella è sconvolta, ciò che continua. Il Cluadio, lei deve dirgli la verità. Se è dei testi giusto soltanto, poi il suo rapporto non è finito. Lei non ha fatto niente. Vale il risparmio.

Very much appreciated to those talented bi-linguals out there.

I was told this a bit ago, and it makes me so angry that people judge other people that they dont know.

Cindy: We do have a loving and forgiving God. However, God makes His judgment on the dead when they die. It doesn't matter whether or not your fiancee was angry at God. What matters is whether he repented of his sins (asked for forgiveness and turned away) and put his faith in Jesus. He would fail on two qualifications if he was angry at God. It would seem that he did not put his faith in Jesus. One commandment is to put God first in one's life. Being angry at God makes it seem like God was last in his life.

Cindy, you cannot pray for the dead because your fiancee's eternity was decided the moment he died. God either accepted him into Heaven or sent him into Hell. By the way you've described it, it sounds like he's in Hell. It is a sad thing to think. Prayer won't change it because it has been decided. God is a just God, meaning he won't let sin go unpunished. Unless your fiancee asked Jesus into his heart (through repentance and faith), the one who paid for his sins, he is not in Heaven.

Is there a cure???

Every single human being has a tail. It develops when you're about a 4-week-old embryo and then the vertebrae and other tissues are gradually re-absorbed by the body over the following few weeks, so that almost all of us are born with just the very base of the tail, the coccyx, which is not even visible externally. In rare cases however, the tail is not fully re-absorbed and the person is born with a visible, atavistic tail.

Most significantly, the genes responsible for the human tail are the *same* genes which serve that purpose in other mammals which *do* have a tail.

Why would an intelligent designer put the genes for a tail in a creature which is (usually) tailless at birth? Why would he have it develop for a few weeks and then be re-absorbed by the body?

There is only one plausible explanation that I can think of for humans having the genes for a tail: We inherited them from tail-bearing evolutionary ancestors of several million years ago.

Agreed?

When I was back in Girl Scouts, our leader did a drink for a Halloween party and it had a story that went with it, such as "eye of newt" and she put in skinned grapes.

Now that I'm a leader, I'd love to do this with my girls, but I can't find it. Any help??

Matthew 5:17-18:

"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished."

In a fire how is it that a father watched his son pull the fire alarm or a friend watched his friend pull the fire alarm? Can a mature son who knows there is a fire ask his dad if he could pull the alarm? Could the father go with the son in a safe location to keep his son calm and to see if it is working. Could a father say to his son how to break the glass or to pull the lever down. If the lever did not go down the first time could the father say pull it again your doing a good job. Or when the son is pulling the alarm can the father say you are doing a good job and say the handle will lock into place and to wait until the alarm sounds?
