Prominent creation scientist Em Adjineri has recently been investigating Circuit Theory and discovered that it is all wrong. First of all, circuit theory is just a theory which means that it's only a guess, just like the theory of evolution.

According to circuit theory, when a circuit is completed, a current flows through the circuit. But how does the current know when the circuit is completed? The current is at the beginning of the circuit, so how does it know what is happening at the end?

The answer is that God designed currents to have intelligence. Currents know when the circuit is complete because of this intelligence. A current that obeys God's law waits until the circuit is complete before flowing.

Shouldn't the Law of Intelligent Currents be taught to electricians instead of the outdated Circuit Theory?

This world is evil and I think I would rather live in Heaven than here. My parents always taught me that if you're not happy where you are living then move away. I want to move to heaven. What does this mean?

The fundamentalist author of this bumper sticker accidentally made a true statement regarding evolution.....all the while thinking he/she was pointing out a flaw.

Ah, strawmen.

The bible was written by men, it often reflects the limited thinking of that age which in today's world would be considred impossible, mythical, ignorant or inhumane. It says many things that are not accurate about history and biology. It was edited, re-edited, over translated and many things get lost or misunderstood. Most bible scholars agree the bible is not infallible (100% free of error)

This does NOT mean that the bible cannot be Divinely inspired. There are parts that clearly reflect Divine and universal wisdom that extends BEYOND, culture, time, history. Even if I am not Christian, there are many passages in the bible I find inspiring.

Then again, I think the song, 'Imagine' by John Lennon shows a touch of Divine Inspiration and "Lord of the Rings" is inspired as well.

My question is, why is it necessary for some Christians to portray the bible as infallible in order to convince people it is Divinely inspired? Can't inspiration and imperfection co-exist?

That the Aryans of the Rig Veda did kill cows for purposes of food and ate beef is abundantly clear from the Rig Veda itself. In Rig Veda (X. 86.14) Indra says: “They cook for one 15 plus twenty oxen”. The Rig Veda (X.91.14) says that for Agni were sacrificed horses, bulls, oxen, barren cows and rams. From the Rig Veda (X.72.6) it appears that the cow was killed with a sword or axe.
In the Samyuta Nikaya (111,1-9) we have another description of a Yajna performed by Pasenadi, king of Kosala. It is said that five hundred bulls, five hundred calves and many heifers, goats and rams were led to the pillar to be sacrificed.

If your life suddenly turned into a horror movie, which part would you play.
Personally, I'm slow and unlucky. I'd probably get killed before anyone even realizes that something's going on. You know, the opening kill in the movie.

Why is it that you are so private while being so boisterous?

I'm an open Pagan, and I allow email. Some of you will not even permit people to see other questions you've asked or answered. Is it fear? You preach your god's word, but will not permit an engagement or actual 2-way conversation?

Would Jesus speak on a hillside, and then secret himself away to prohibit contact with those who disagree?

WWJD? Run away and hide?

OK, some people here can be less than kind, but if your skin is so think that you allow this to bother you, why preach in the first place?

Or might it be that you love creating havoc, but don't wish to experience the anger or hurt feelings that you cause?

If you are going to say things that you know for certain will hurt and anger others, do you not think it fair be available to defend your position and to have it challenged? Is your position less than defendable?

I know not all do...but a lot of them are guilty of this...

Why do the feel they must insult believers for believing? I don't see how it makes believers accept atheists. I mean no offense to anyone, but if someone constantly tells you that you're brainwashed, idiotic, pathetic, delusional, etc....what would make someone want to like people like that?

It's when atheists turn into anti-theists that I have a problem with them...but why do they have a problem with believers and they feel the only way to deal with that is to demean them and their beliefs?
