When question of enjoyment comes it should be only positive and there is negative, It is all depend upon the person's attitude. Playing with one year babies, engaging the small boys as a group, going with unknown group of people in a pilgrimage. writing answers in yahoo answers to the unknown people. travelling in a plane or train with strangers,enjoying the Temple festival.. like this so many I can say. Enjoyment beings a care free feeling and and peace .If yu can e at peace then you enjoy life Absolute peace of mind is the pinnacle of enjoyment of life .contenment snd eradication fo ego and greed and humility bring this .Is it p[ossile for us to be like ths .Mendicants alone are able to do it .It is because of this the Hindu saints are mendicants and renuciate everything .One who is at absolute peace needs nothing in this world .It is only the desir for possession that robs humans of their peace .

enjoying once life can only get possible by understanding first who you are. if you ask it deeply inside you, i am sure you will start get knowing the real truth and answers for all your questions from your soul itself. it's not somebody who control you -so that they suggest what you need to do. All the questions and answers for the same come from you- in other words from inside you and everything starts and ends with you only- if you start deeply knowing yourself.
