If you do why? If you don't well than.... But before celebrating something shouldn't you know what it is that your celebrating? It's not santa because we all know he is not real. So therefore the truth is that it is the day that we observe Christ's birthday.

"You know very little if anything about our doctrine.

You are a fraud. Solely reliant on what the racist bigoted bastards that made that movie and still promote have told you."

The above was sent to me in an email by a certain "hand-tipper" in response to my calling him out on some racist, bigoted comments he had made.

More importantly, what can we do, both members and critics of the LDS faith, to keep such hate from spreading among us? Is there a way of being critical (each group of the other's views) without being hateful?

Well, I am a Muslim and living in a Muslim majority country but I'm the only Muslim at my tuition class.

I have read a hadith where Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) asked us not to sit on the same table where alcohol is being consumed.

Now, when we get a 1/2 break during the class, my friends mostly buddhist and athiests go to chinese shops and buy food which contains pork. I will only order a cup of tea. I have female Christian friends atending the calss as well but they all also go to same kinda food-outlets.

If I want; I can go and look for shops with halal food but usually I'm not hungry and have taken my breakfast and therefore decide to stay with my friends. So, my question is am I doing wrong if I sit on a same table where pork is being consumed?

I'm not aware of any hadith which prohibits it. Do you know of any?

This is a strange question, but can anyone tell me if anywhere in the bible Jesus gets burnt? I hope this isn't offensive to anyone in anyway as it is not meant that way. A friend of mine had a nightmare and asked me this question. THey didn't want to talk about the dream, but I couldn't answer the question, so if anyone out there knows the answer.....

These are subject to change.

I wonder why 'change' comes though 'subject is thing. I would say like this: These are subjec to be changed, as it seems like a passive voice.

Win, be killed or commit suicide were the three standard option for the Japanese soldier during WWII. Officers that failed were expected to kill themselves. They had Kamakaze pilots. How were these ideas represented in Japanese popular culture. How did these ideas change after the unconditional surrender of Japan at the end of WWII. Were all Japanese soldiers expected to kill the, selves. How did this effect the Japanese culture?

Or is it just something made up for a cartoon? The cartoon "Full metal Alchemist" is really in depth, I was just wondering if it was a a real belief, or if it was just made up for the show. (I know it sounds like a dumb quesiton, I'm just really into the show). Thanks.
