Well, I am a Muslim and living in a Muslim majority country but I'm the only Muslim at my tuition class.
I have read a hadith where Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) asked us not to sit on the same table where alcohol is being consumed.
Now, when we get a 1/2 break during the class, my friends mostly buddhist and athiests go to chinese shops and buy food which contains pork. I will only order a cup of tea. I have female Christian friends atending the calss as well but they all also go to same kinda food-outlets.
If I want; I can go and look for shops with halal food but usually I'm not hungry and have taken my breakfast and therefore decide to stay with my friends. So, my question is am I doing wrong if I sit on a same table where pork is being consumed?
I'm not aware of any hadith which prohibits it. Do you know of any?
