God knows everything. God knows your "free will" choices before he even creates you. He knew Satan's choices, he still made Satan, still made him completely the same. Satan grew up. Satan did what God knew he would do...
Satan... is doing God's will. If it were not God's will, then God would have changed something about Satan, or just not have created him at all. To say that Satan has free will and God wanted to see if he would make good choices or to learn something is ridiculous... also very pointless when God already knows the outcome is hell, for sure.
So if Satan is doing God's will... he can only be considered good... because God is in theory completely good. Isn't he?

Nothing can make the Devil good. There is not any ounce of goodness in him, though you might think so when he is trying to tempt you to do something that gives you a temporary pleasurable feeling, ie over indulgence etc.
