If God is the eternal, all-knowing, almighty Creator of Christian theology, He's outside of time, and thus there is no "before hand" from His perspective. He just knows everything that happens, has ever happened and will ever happen, but not "before" or "after" or "at the same time", because time as we see it is not limiting Him. He's just not temporal. Simply as that.
Having said that, I don't personally believe in God.

There is no "beforehand". God is not bound by space and time. Things that, to us, "were" or "will be", to him "are".
If you want to attempt to comprehend God, you first have to let go of your limited perspective.

God knows everything, but wasn't it nice of him to create us and sacrifice his son for us knowing how we would be mean anyway? If you knew your own children would rebel, would you still have them? I know I would.
