and what do you think of the children of mixed races?

I am 50% persian 25% Arab Iranian, 25% Bengali (that is what people told)
well there are obvious positives in being of mixed races...but the negatives have cast a dark shadow throughout my life and I had to go through a lot of trouble throughout my life to keep myself happy about life...I have however determined myself to "mix" no longer and will do what I can to keep to my major Persian roots as much as possible...

I was just curious about other people's thoughts on marriage between mixed races? and what is your opinion on people of mixed identities like me?

Thank you for any answers in advance :)

do they see how exclusionary this is?

why would others wish to join a society based on hate and bigotry, where a few of their neighbors are pitted by doctrine against the rest of the world?

why not just love others irregardless of belief and focus on acts of kindness

By sacrifice, I mean you'll no longer exist and neither will your soul or spirit. God gave you a choice and you can say "no" if you want.

My friend and her boyfriend were planning to go to travel in Asia.
My friend got an email from him saying ''Can we go on any promotion?"
(I'm not sure if I remember the sentence correctly.
I'm not comfortable with English, so I can't get what he's saying.
I checked up the dictionary, but couldn't find the right word.
Could you explain me the meaning of his email ?

Dear Lord I confess to you that I am a sinner in need of a Saviour, I believe that you came to earth to die on a cross for me to be a perfect sacrifice for my sins, I believe you rose from the grave the third day. I ask you to come into my heart right now and save me and make me one of your children. In Jesus name Amen!! If you Prayed this Prayer with a sincere heart you are now a child of the Lord, Amen..

How do you handle harboring these two teachings in one faith:

1. judge not least ye be judged

2. preach to others about the lord. (you cant preach to anyone, unless you judge and decide whether the person is saved or not, so your preaching may benefit them)

I haven't the most advanced knowledge of these religions but it strikes me that they have a lot of similarities to be killing eachother for the last couple thousand years.

Also the different breakoffs of these religions (ex. catholic vs protestant) killing eachother and these religions are even closer related.

What is going on??

Among other things, i was surprised at how many of the answers seemed so impulsive and un-thought-out.
I was also so amazed that some of you called William D out on "obviously not being a real atheist". This surprised me the most after so many of you have been christians/catholics..etc and are horrified when one of them tells you that you were "obviously not a real christian" and that "only true believers can understand the word of god".

These are merely my objective views as a fellow atheist and i was wondering if anyone else had similar thoughts?

The Westminster Confession of Faith states:

I. God from all eternity, did, by the most wise and holy counsel of His own will, freely, and unchangeably ordain whatsoever comes to pass; yet so, as thereby neither is God the author of sin, nor is violence offered to the will of the creatures; nor is the liberty or contingency of second causes taken away, but rather established.
