An atheist with morals ofcourse.
Cause hes been good to people around him and deserves a good afterlife.
In all of the worlds religions, hurting other people is considered eating away from their rights, and its a big no no.

My first comment is that there is a missing factor. Morality has to include motive. A act that appears moral but is done with the underlying motivation of evil is not moral. If the underlying motivation is fear, that also does not qualify as moral. Morality is doing the right thing for the right reason. So what is the morality of the atheist? It is almost always pride.
Secondly, Christianity isn't about heaven at all. It is about a supernatural relationship between us and our Creator. Those who hope for such a relationship will have their hope granted and those who hope to be independent of God will have their hope granted. We all get what we wish for.

Neither. Jesus said "I am the Way, the Truth and the life. No one comes to the Father accept through me" The "theist" without morals is NOT truly following Christ (more following theology, which is NOT the same) and the atheist does not believe in the divinity of Jesus or the Triune God. He also said "For my yoke is easy and my burden is light". He erased the "burden" of laws and rules from OT except the commandments and stressed only love. Love the Lord your God, and love one another..that means love ALL to all you religeous right people...and yes, I love them too, doh!

The Atheist with morals because he or she is really a child of God without realizing it. The Theist without morals is really a child of the devil without realizing it who won't get to Heaven without a change of heart first.

An Atheist with Morals. God understands us better than we do. So if a person does not believe in any one religion, or even God as professed by those religions, that does not mean that God will reject that person. Even people who profess hatred for God, like a Satanic, can get into heaven, if they are a good person. So be nice to every one, you do not choose who God will choose. Only God can make that judgment (or so the Bible said). The trouble comes when man decides to judge who is or is not a good person, then makes it into religious law.

maybe they do no longer understand grammar. you recognize, the 'a' on the beginning up negates what comes after. consequently including the 'a' 'theists' (which theists do seem to spell properly) turns a believer right into a non-believer. corresponding to 'biotic' and 'abiotic'. there is irony - yahoo enables 'biotic', yet spell verify indicators 'abiotic' - i think the yahoos at Yahoo are not getting the grammar the two eh?

The Atheist. Even if they are both "moral" the atheist has a better right to get into heaven because he is of a higher morality - without prejudice against gays and non-believers.

If you really consider it logically, it should definitely be an atheist with morals and honestly, that's what I believe. But if you consider it in terms of religion (like Christianity) then, having faith in God is a must.

Neither. The atheist doesn't believe in heaven and the theist doesn't deserve it, as imaginary as it may be.

Everyone has the SAME right to heaven because of what Jesus Christ did for us. We are all forgiven. "forgive them Father for they know not what they do".
