im mad at the people who are giving their answers to the people who are asking questions about being pegan or wiccan, just because we bealive in a different religan then you dosn't mean we are in a cult or going to be sent to hell.sp please keep it to your selfs. agree or dissagree

If the believers get so angered at the atheist's posts and the atheists get so angered at the believer's posts, why don't the offended/angered just block the users who don't agree with them and hence make their own "customized" Yahoo Answers?

I feel really guilty after looking and I always ask for forgiveness in the end, but I always end up feeling like I'm going to hell afterwards. And than I go back and look at more and repeat step one. What do I do?

And show our love to our beloved IWF?

IWF is the epitome of class and brings this sorely needed aspect to R&S. She is an example of compassion and many here have felt her comforting words and encouraging ways.

When I was but new here and unsure of my footing, this lovely lady took me under her wing, and for those who do not know, the shelter of a penguin's wing is indeed a precious thing. As tenacious as a mother penguin with her chicks, IWF is the patient, dedicated, and absolutely indefatiguable friend of all who come here in spirit of openness and humour.

We have all learned much from our dear penguin, and much has been liberally given by her to feed our hungry souls. Out of her gracious abundance of spirit she has nourished us all and made us more than acquaintances. She has fostered us orphans and made us a family.

We can do no less than pay proper homage to our loving foster-mother and gatherer of lost strays, our beloved IWF.

how do you know the earth is round? what proof do you have? is this from experience or do you take someone elses testimony that it is round?

Suppose there were ten identical balls differing only in color placed before humanity, and everyone was to choose only one of those balls. In making the decision friends and family encouraged one another to choose a specific ball. Finally, everyone has made their choice. Jesus there after comes soaring down through the clouds!
Jesus said, “All who chose the blue color ball come and stand on the left, and the rest of you on the right!” “All of you who stand on the left go to heaven, and those on the right go to hell!”

According to this "tract", Satan is out to confuse people and also to keep people from believing in God. Here are some parts from it that are "biblical", are they true?

...the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 1 Peter 5:8

In whom the god of this world (Satan) hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 2 Corinthians 4:4

So, is the "Devil" really out to stop people from believing in God?

I wanted to let everyone know that I work for Hospice, and not one person on their deathbed will say God isn't real. Even those that didn't believe in Him change their minds.

The reason this is under parenting is because people teach their kids religion, and others call it lying to their kids.

the word "fundamental" means:

serving as, or being AN ESSENTIAL PART OF, a foundation or basis

in other words, it is fundamentalists who are the most honest adherents of christian teaching

God repeatedly calls for His followers to offer a spotless animal for blood sacrifice to cover their sins in the Old testament.
From what is given in the O.T., I understand that God never changes, His laws are the same today as it was back then in the time of Moses.
I also understand that devout Jews no longer adhere to this practice. If this law was required by God himself, why don't Jews do this today? What do they do instead? And when did this practice change, and who changed it, God or man?

I have sincerely tried to find the answer sticking to the Old Testament as Jews generally do not accept the New Testament that Jesus died to cover our sins. I myself could not find the answer, so I need help with this.
Do the Jews today handle the Old Testament Law in a new way today? Thanks so much..

Then why is it when you have a miscarriage, you do not have a funeral for the fetus? If it is murder, when you masterbate, is that murder? Because I throw those little bastards in the toilet when I am done. Many physicians and medical researchers believe that fetuses can begin to feel pain sometime during the third trimester. This is long after Essentially all miscarriages occur, Ectopic pregnancies have been dealt with, and After about 99% of abortions are performed. If the mom doesn't want the kid or can't provide for it, would it really be better off in a foster home where no one would give a **** about it? For those that say the morning after pill is murder, all it does is stop the egg from attaching to the uterus, an embryo never has time to form, so even if an embryo was a human (which it isn't and it can't feel a damned thing) it wouldn't be "murder" since life never started in the first place. Also, most people against abortion are for the death penalty, how does that work out?
