According to this "tract", Satan is out to confuse people and also to keep people from believing in God. Here are some parts from it that are "biblical", are they true?
...the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 1 Peter 5:8
In whom the god of this world (Satan) hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 2 Corinthians 4:4
So, is the "Devil" really out to stop people from believing in God?

It is a Chick publication! I guess he is making big money from selling these to people that give them out for free?

Nothing in the bible is true, huh? not even the places? Pontious Pilate was a real individual. He was a Spaniard who had risen in the Roman Empire. or is the Roman Empire a crock also?
Think about what you have said Mrs., is this not proof? Till feel the bible is ALL a lie? has Satan won? Think, we are studying history for most parts. Can 2000 years of testimony, ALL be a lie?

Yes. One of the last thing he wants is to make people believe. The demons under his charge are under a new plan, a covert one. So you see less of the demon possession cases out there, they do not want anyone asking for help for God.
One good way to open your mind up about this is by reading The Screwtape Letters by C. S. Lewis. They are not after us to possess us, they are trying to have us go through life with as little thought towards God as possible. That's why there are people who are rich and living comfortable, they tend to be people who never really give it a thought. Life is good, so why worry?
Such a person is convinced that they don't need God even if there was one. They are unconcerned. Satan does not waste his time on them.
But as soon as you call yourself a Christian, you are his enemy. Especially if you preach the Gospel. But God is more powerful than Satan. Us Christians have the way told to us in the Bible. We have to trust God to keep us going, or the power of Satan will stop our progress in doing God's will.

Whew! After reading this, I'm more confused than ever!
But that's only when I try to think about something too big for me to understand. Want to know what frustration feels like?
Just try to logically deduce where God came from!
Not possible! Not possible!
Logic, and intellect, is the throne of Satan.

Absolutely! That is what spiritual warfare is all about. The battle between good and evil. Why do you think so many people oppose and insult Christians? Satan is alive and active. Notice Christians are the most persecuted. That is not coincidence.

If the tract is in a small comic book form, toss it out. Jack Chick is a recluse who thinks EVERYONE is evil if they don't share his exact views. Sort of like Bill O'Reilly with a christ complex. He has a tract series of about 100 different titles.
Remember that the words "devil' and 'divine' share the same root word.

Nothing biblical is true. Think about what convinced you to believe the bible in the first place.
Ohh chick publications, never believe anything you read in a chick comic/tract.

The devil may try to thwart belief in God to weak minded individuals...but his real aim is to convince the average sinner that there is no God, or to persuade believers that a Holy God could never truly love or forgive a sinner, such as we all are. Either argument, if succesful, completes Satan's objective...driving a wedge between God and man.

It's simply a bit of psychology. Religions use fear to control the masses. A new study shows that the more fearful people are, the more they will adhere to their world view.

Yes, it's the devil's business to prevent as many people from getting saved as possible. And when they do get saved, he tries to keep them from sharing their faith.
