Ok if u were a kid and sumbody wanted to fight u,and u told ur teachers and evrything,but still this kid just sneaked up on you and started fighting u would u defend urself evn if ur still gonna get suspended.at my skool if sumbody just started fighting u and u defend urself,u still gonna get suspended but what if u get hurt bad

Okay,my spelling on here is not correct because I just wanted to ask that question,I was not worried about spelling.Cuz guess wat this is tha internet so it dont matta.thank u hav a nice day!

well I think you might do well to focus a bit more on spelling BUT, I think it is NOT fair, you have done what you are supposed to do which is tell...............you have informed them that so and so has openly or not so openly threatened you...so one would assume that the school would act upon that............even if they did NOT, how on earth can they justify expelling you once the event does take place and all you do is protect your self.................mind you I can see that being abused as well, you know one kid telling the teachers that so and so has said they are going to beat him up, when in FACT he was gonna start it, and was just covering his own butt.
Seems unfair and would like to know what the school would plan to do if some one got hurt badly by NOT protecting themselves.

You told your teachers then they should've taken care of it or something. I would fight them even if i got suspended just in self defense, you can't just let someone hit you!

i would tell my parents who would take it up with the superintendent or smt, cuz thats wrong. or u supposed to just sit there and get the crap beaten out of u so u wont be held liable for damages done to the other person?
