The Holy Scriptures identify Christ as the focal point of Creation. "He(Christ) spoke, and it was done; he commanded and it stood fast". Psalm 33:9.
"By him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth......All things were created through him and for him". Colossians 1:16.
Our Lord has existed from eternity. He was with God the Father in the "unbegun beginning". He is the righteous Son of God, the embodiment of the Father, the only begotten, the great I AM, to whom angels owe their creation and for which they give him glory and joyful service.
We humans also praise his creative power.
We praise his creatorship because its dynamics elude our understanding, because its manifestations stagger our imagination and delight our senses.
When we behold the stars, the moon, the work of his hands, we cry out with David, "O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! (Psalm 8:1).
